UK and Europe Pet Taxi Avis

We had a very good experience with UK and Europe Pet Taxi. We had multiple problems with helping our daughter get her cat to Oxford with her, but not only was UK and Europe Pet Taxi not a problem, they were a great help to us. We had to reschedule the move by several days and our daughter couldn't catch her connection in Frankfurt. UK and Europe Pet Taxi worked with us and made sure she and the cat made it safely to Oxford.
We really appreciated their efforts.

UK and Europe Pet Taxi is the best way we have traveled out of the UK with our dog. They were great at communicating throughout the experience and provided helpful recommendations and information about Pet Passports in France.

The car was very clean and comfortable. The process was stress free and easy.

This is the only way we will go between the UK and France. We have now done it 3 times with them. We highly recommend.

Completely reliable. Our driver was waiting for us and was thoughtful about our comfort and the comfort of our kitty.

Saeed ha sido un diez de diez! Nos ha ayudado en todo con el transporte de mi gato desde UK a Francia, muy atento y súper majo! 100% recomendado.

Amazing experience with UK & Europe Pet Taxi! Super responsive and helpful all the way through, and it made the move for me and my two cats stress free. Highly recommend!

Worth every penny. Amazing service takes all the stress away from the process. Very responsive staff and knowledgeable drivers. Thanks for everything!

Excellent service. Picked up with plenty of time to spare. Nice comfy car with leather seats and safe driving. Saeed ensured we had our documents prior to departure. This was also the best price we were quoted. Don’t go anywhere else for pet crossings 🇬🇧 🐕 🇫🇷

Saeed and whole team were excellent. Very smooth process - would recommend.

Great service and very polite and responsible drivers. We went UK-France and back again 10 days later for a Holiday with our dog to Spain. Amazing experience 💞

Gran experiencia entre Londres y Paris. Muy recomendable.

Saeed and Saheem were very professional and everything went as planned. Recommend it 100%

We used Pet Taxi for our move from Mexico to Oxford. We flew from Mexico to Paris and were picked up at our Airbnb by Saeed. The car was super large, it fit our 7 suitcases, my husband, our dog and myself. The driver was amazing and very helpful throughout the journey. Definitely worth the price for a safe trip for our little dog. The cars are super comfortable and very clean, which we really appreciated.

Very kind, Sawd was great and helped out a lot!

This journey was made so much easier by having a competent pet taxi driver, he communicated with me on where to collect me at CDG airport and kept regular contact with me until he arrived. He was so helpful and friendly. This transition was made so much easier. My two gorgeous kitties travelled from Cambodia to UK. They were comfortable in the car, felt really safe and relaxed. I highly recommend this company. I got quotes from several pet taxis and this was the best priced.

Thank you.

Wonderful experience. Extremely flexible and knowledgeable about the process. Thank you so much!

An amazing service from beginning to end. I had some complications with getting the right documents, they provided options and made arrangements for me to ensure it was the best outcome for me as well. I felt supported and reassured the whole way. I highly recommend them. Sameen my driver was brilliant, polite and accommodating throughout. I am so grateful. Thank you.

I can’t thank this taxi company enough! They went above and beyond to help me and my dog travel safely back from France to the UK via the Eurotunnel. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and incredibly reassuring. The driver made the whole process stress-free, especially with the paperwork and pet travel requirements. My dog was comfortable and well looked after throughout the journey, and I felt completely at ease. Truly a 5-star service – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing reliable cross-channel transport with pets.

Sameen was very friendly and engaging. He arrived on time the journey went as planned. Overall I would highly recommend UK and Europe Pet Taxi

Excellent service, and the only way I could find to get my dog across the channel without a car. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the tunnel ticketing and requirements.

I was really worried about entering the UK with my cat, as it wasn’t possible to fly together and I was told I’d have to send him as cargo. That’s why I decided to travel through France and enter by car instead. I was quite anxious at first, but after looking into pet taxi services I chose this company, and the booking process was really easy.

One of my biggest concerns was the amount of luggage I had while travelling with my cat, but thanks to the spacious vehicle we managed to get into the UK safely. The driver kindly checked over all the documents in advance and even assisted at the Pet Reception, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I’m so grateful to have been able to enter the UK safely with my cat. If I ever travel this route again, I will definitely use this company. Thank you for such excellent service!
