Fuss-free and safe

Good custimer service
Parcels leave when they should and arrive at their destination. They advise throughout on the progess of a parcel. Sent about 40 parcels to Russia over 4 years up to this week, all arrived.

I have been using UkayExpress for around 8 years, and I can honestly say that my experience has always been positive.
Over the years I have sent many parcels, mostly to my children, and I have never had any problems with delivery. From the moment I prepare the parcel for shipment, during transit, and after it arrives, everything is always organised and reliable.
The customer service team truly deserves special thanks. The operators are always polite, patient, and professional. Whenever I have questions, they explain everything clearly and in detail, which gives me confidence and peace of mind.
Delivery may not always be extremely fast, but it is always safe and secure — and for me, that is the most important thing. Tracking is available every time and easy to follow.
I usually arrange home collection, and the UPS couriers are always punctual, respectful, and professional.
After 8 years of using this service, I feel comfortable and confident choosing UkayExpress again and again. I am very grateful for the consistent and reliable service. Highly recommended.
