We do ask that you send us photos of your vehicle, to help us ensure we have both valued the correct model and that we are fully appraised of the vehicle’s condition before collection. The last thing we want to do is waste anybody’s time - yours or ours - so we ask that you highlight all features and ALL damage upfront. This allows us to be as accurate as possible with our valuation, so that there is no need for any uncomfortable re-negotiation on your doorstop when our driver arrives to collect your vehicle.

Recently sold my van through Uk best…
Recently sold my van through Uk best van buyer. The process was seamless from start to finish and most important thing is they're not like another well known company, that offer you one price but then knock it down constantly on inspection to boost their commission.
As long as you're honest with your description and provide the photos, then what that offer online is what you get.
They also deal with finance company too so all in all a seamless process.

Amazing company to work with, fast, reliable
Amazing company to work with. We had a fleet to sell in UK and we were not even in the country throughout the whole process, we had to trust Darren even though we didn’t know him and he couldn’t have done a better job. From quote to negotiation, collection, paperwork, payment… all nice, smooth, fast … We will for sure do further business with them.

This was our biggest fleet purchase to date involving a lot of complexity to establish if there were any non-running vehicles, to manage the paperwork for every bus and the logistics to collect them all. great to deal with
no hassle deal and at the original price agreed for our van. Well original price was a bit lower and they went away and came back with a better deal . we had higher initial offer elsewhere then that company started to try and chip it down, Be honest with these guys from the word go and no issues.

Ford Transit sale
We have been trying to sell our viechle for a while and this process was so easy and quick with the money in our account within half an hour of the driver arriving to collect our van. We got a fair price as well. Darren was a great help all the way through the process and I cant recommend him highly enough.

Ukbestvanbuyer were brilliant. I had had a very bad experience two days before with a competitor. The contrast was astonishing. After I had filled in the on-line valuation form and submitted comprehensive photos I had phone call from them. It was so good to talk to a real person. They talked through with me calmly and thoughtfully why some things weren't straightforwad, especially that the odometer hadn't worked since September 2024. We agreed a revised valuation that was still very reasonable. I confirmed some details by e-mail. The minibus was picked up the next day without any further attempt to reduce the price and the money was in our bank account. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
