I checked on line for a windscreen company and found UK Glass. From the booking on line to the job being completed all went well. After booking I had a phone call to confirm all the details. A day and date were given for the replacement at my home, Two very competent and friendly windscreen fitters arrived on time and completed the job to complete satisfaction.

Two fixing screws on the windscreen…
Two fixing screws on the windscreen wiper scuttle were left loose.Slight damage was done to the weather strip on the roof.The offside windscreen A panel was no fitted properly and the clip t the bottom where it joins the wing was broken also.

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback.
When you got in touch after the fitment about the A panel, we offered to send a technician out to check it over and put right anything that wasn't sitting correctly.
You told us your friend, a mechanic, had already dealt with it, and asked us to stand the visit down, which we did.
The other points in your review, the loose scuttle screws and the damage to the roof weather strip, weren't raised with us at the time, so we didn't get the chance to address them.
If we'd known, we would have sorted them in the same visit at no cost to you. That offer is still open.
If you'd like a technician to come out and look at anything that's still outstanding, drop us a line at info@ukcarglass.co.uk and we'll get it booked in.

I received an instant quote from UK Car Glass, £200 cheaper than a competitor for a full windscreen replacement. Booked it, technician arrived when he said he would, communication throughout was outstanding and the work done was top notch. I couldn't fault the service I received, 5 stars.
