Easy booking, friendly engineer and excellent service!
Booked with Allscreens Nationwide through my lease company, Tusker, and everything was sorted in under 18 hours from start to finish!
Booking over the phone was really easy. The engineer texted and called before arriving at 9am on the dot, exactly as agreed, and was super friendly.
I didn’t have to pay a penny, as everything was handled through Tusker. A really straightforward experience and excellent service throughout!

Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish! Great communication, really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The fitter even helped me find the right information on the van and replied straight away when I sent photos.
I couldn’t collect the van until after closing, so they arranged a secure key collection under CCTV. Windscreen fitted perfectly and the whole thing was completely hassle-free.
Top service — highly recommend! 👌🏼

A Very Professional Outfit
Just had the side sliding window on my VW T5 replaced. A smooth and professional operation from the initial phonecall , the helpful advice, the regulate updates and the rapid deployment of an engineer when they got my window in stock. The guy who did my glass was really friendly and went the extra mile to make sure he cleaned up the broken glass,removed the tape residue and fitted the new glass window perfectly. I would definitely use this company again.

Great all round experience
Great experience, booking was easy online.
I only waited 4 days which included a weekend to get an appointment. I went through my insurance company which was sorted for me and I just paid a small excess charge. The technician rang to confirm his arrival time and was very polite. He did the job in 20 minutes and came to show me the repair, it looked a very good repair job. I would definitely recommend this company.

We needed a replacement windscreen due to a foot long crack
We needed our van windscreen replacement urgently.
It took just one phone call: I spoke with a very friendly member of staff, Charlotte, who was extremely helpful and efficient, sorting everything out for me, including dealing with our insurance company and a next day morning appointment at Hilton Windscreens, Bishop’s Stortford. The whole process was stress free and very easy.
I would 100% recommend this company!

Exceptional service from Joe and Jamie at the Maulden, Bedford branch. Initial comms was excellent. On arrival I was greeted with friendliness and professionalism. The waiting area was comfortable and the WiFi was decent. At the end of the appointment they explained everything about the procedure. Really happy!
