Booked online for windscreen exchange on insurance on the Friday afternoon. Got a call Monday morning and they brought the appointment forward by a day as I was available. Turned up within the time I was given and works completed quickly. Can’t fault the service

Great service
I used NWS following an insurance claim. They were easy to deal with, and kept to the agreed appointment time and venue. The technicians kept me updated as to their arrival time, and fully briefed me on the time they would need, and my expectations. Great result, great job, great team. Many thanks.

Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service. Still waiting for a booking call for my windscreen after 4 days. Followed up with a call to customer service and was promised a call within 20 minutes. Still waiting 24 hours later.
Have taken my £115 excess and now nothing.
Complete and utter shambles.
Do not go near this company.

What a fantastic service
What a fantastic service! Changed the smart windscreen on my Volvo XC40 this morning. Came out to my house and did the job on my drive. Two chaps, nice and friendly and very efficient. 18 minutes to change my windscreen from start to finish. Just waiting a second visit from a different company to calibrate it, but what a service from Allscreens Nationwide.

Absolutely outstanding service
They gave us absolutely outstanding service! They sent someone out the very same day to try and repair our windscreen, and when it turned out the screen couldn’t be saved (on a Friday, no less!), they ordered a new one straight away and had us booked in for Monday morning. The staff were incredibly polite, super helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond. We couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Very happy with the whole experience. They called me within minutes of the job being raised by the insurance company. The technicians were friendly and tidy. They left car exactly how they found it. It’s as if they were never there. Top service. Would highly recommend.
