Never arrived cigarettes but refunded

Ordered the cigarettes March 18 2025 received less than half the order.Was told the missing cigarettes would be reshipped its now May 21 still no cigarettes. Truly awful experience. I would have ordered more obviously that will never happen. Does this 'company ' make it's living out of scamming people?That's definitely how it feels for me. If I could I would leave minus stars but there isn't a facility for that. Out of the 30 packets paid for only received 14 so I'm out of pocket around £85...oh well every days a school day.
UPDATE. I had a full refund for the cigarettes that didn't arrive. So the guy's a gentleman and maybe unlucky with his contacts.

Reliable and honest

I use these guys every month now since July and you will have packets go missing which the company always replaces. I dont understand why anyone wouldnt be leaving anything less than 5 stars as ive never had issues with communicating with the firm or them fulfilling the order. As always many thanks to the team this is saving my family a fortune xxxxx

(Edited). Delivery incomplete but refunded for missing

My initial rating is attached below. However after this initial review, the company got in touch almost immediately. Although they assure me that they have replied to all my emails, I cannot find any sign of them in any of my email boxes.
They have offered me a full refund for all missing items, which seems perfectly acceptable in my eyes. The one thing I would suggest is using a different courier service, one that allows tracking from door to door...

(Placed an order on 27th November 2023. Order not delivered. Emailed the company several times, dated 2nd January, 5th January and again on the 9th January 2024. No response to any of my emails. They are obviously posting their own reviews to Trust pilot. This company is a scam and although they offer refunds on their policy documents. They simply ignore phone messages and emails. Lesson learned. Stay away from this company).....

Does not respond to emails. I put my order in. The order didn't show up. No emails. No nothing. I emailed them and there's absolutely no response.

I placed my first order last night

I placed my first order last night. My fears have been realised after I found I could not contact them, the email address does not work, nobody answers the phone and I’ve not received any confirmation that my order has been received other than the website saying thank you. My account with UKcigs also does not show my order. I’m so disappointed and feel foolish for trusting them

Excellent service.

I have used ukcigs.co plenty of times in the past and they have never let me down. They are great value and the cigarettes almost always arrive. If they are seized or go missing they always refund immediately or resend the package. Great service.

Don't Bother With This Company

I ordered these cigarettes, and only received 3 packets. The rest were seized by Customs.
Wrote numerous emails to UK cigs, and no response about any refund.

The seller is sociable. He told me everything in detail, although I tormented him at one o'clock in the morning with my questions. Despite this, he told everything. I bought a trial batch of 6 blocks. The seller immediately informed me as soon as the parcel arrived at my post office. As it turned out later, he monitors all the track numbers of his parcels and immediately informs customers. Straight luxury service. When he sent the package, he told me the track number. I didn't even look for it on the Internet.

Advice to some of your customers

I read, with dismay, some people who criticize this Company without going into the issues that concern them. They then give a bad report as they simply do not understand what exactly occurred and how they dealt with the matter. When they get a Border Force letter they should forward a copy to the Company - as I always do - in support of the nonarrival of their parcel. Often it's a single package out of the three that were ordered. After proving that their package failed to appear and after the dreaded letter arrived then one should pay no attention to this standard Government notification. Nothing is going to happen thereafter and any further deliveries will go ahead uninterrupted by said letter. I have had many of these and always forward them to the Company, whereupon they have always refunded me without fuss. Should UkCigs, not receive your order then you should check your payment account where you will see that no payment had been taken as they either did not get your order or that there is a delay in supplying the brand you requested. Just to blindly take Umbridge and bellyache about the Company is simply bad manners and thoughtless on your part. Threatening the Company with reporting the payment services or such is purely nasty and aggressive. No wonder one will get barred from any further purchases as who would wish to deal with you anyway.

I would avoid at all cost as its clearly a scam/con plus it gets use put on a Border force watch list for two years, so you'll be stopped regardless if you leave the UK and definitely stop and search when re-entering the UK, avoid at all cost! Kent, Richmond and IQOS sticks are here at really nice rates, compared to many shops that drive up their prices without yielding to their customers. I have been ordering here for a couple of months now, and it is profitable and of high quality, which attracted me, but the main thing is that there are the most popular, legendary brands of cigarettes here, this definitely gives the credibility of this company.

Orderd 600 Camel ciggarettes on the 28/10/2021 recieved order 18/11/2021... Great customer service my new goto for cig's and bacci... can Not beat £39 for 200 premium ciggarettes 2nd to none... Very trustworthy they did not process the £139 order untill we confirmed it was our credit card cant ask for more then that... *** well you can REFUNDED 6 packets that got sezied immediatly ****
