Door arrived but It had to carry the very heavy door in on my own, not happy, door not fitted yet, so further review when fitted next week, looks O On in the wrapping

Superb service from very helpful and patient staff. From point of sale to delivery everyone I felt with was fantastic. The customer service was great. The composite door supplied is a quality product and the lead time was very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use UK Composite Doors again

Great experience with UKCD. I had been looking for a composite door I could have matched to a specific RAL colour and was really struggling to find a manufacturer who offered this. The sales team were really knowledgeable about the composite market, explained all the brands available, price points and what they each offer.

We were able to find the perfect door and matched to the correct colour. We also were able to source and provide our own hardware which had also been a sticking point with other companies we had spoken to.

Really happy with the installer we were matched with, great work and local enough to be able to quickly come back and sort any snagging. Phil also went above and beyond with the initial survey and managed to match the frame threshold height exactly to our new flooring which wasn’t even in place yet.

All in all really happy, thanks everyone.

Great value product at a good price and speedy delivery.

Great company to deal with directly.
helped me decide every step of the purchase. advised on the handle, letterbox, frame etc.

a quick manufacture and delivery.
kept in touch all the way through the process.
very professional, gave good advice,
great purchase.

Excellent communication, products delivered earlier than expected. Driver very helpful.

Ordered a door and all communications stopped, no door delivered and I had to reclaim my money with the bank which took 4 months. Avoid at all costs, I was very lucky to get my money back.

Service was quick and easy and Liam was so helpful throughout, our customer was very particular with the door furniture so we ended up going back and forth numerous times and was never an issue, we will be definitely be using these guys again.

Great communication. Relative pricing. Delivered as promised. Very good quality product. Would use this company again.

Super fast turnaround. Delivered less than 2 weeks after they were ordered by a couple of very friendly delivery guys who had no problem with carrying the doors down the side of my house. Would happily use again.

Fantastic company! We designed our front door online, which was so simple to do, there are so many colours and options to choose from! Immediately we could see our quote online and this was also emailed to us. We then spoke with Liam to confirm details and book the survey, he was great to speak to, was able to answer all of our questions and confirm timescales for delivery, fitting etc. Survey booked in for just a few days time and everything was smooth sailing from there! Fitter took all final measurements, door was delivered on the agreed day and fitted the following day. Liam called a few days after install to check we were happy with everything, they really care about customer satisfaction. The quality of the door and the install has surpassed all expectations! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend UK composite doors (and Liam!) to anyone.

Everything from ordering to installation went very smoothly
Matt's installation and attention to detail was excellent
Every where was left clean and tidy
We are very pleased with our french doors

Great Product Great price fast and efficient delivery!

Ordered a window and they delivered it to the incorrect address. They then re arranged delivery of another window and that didn’t come either. I’m now a Month on from ordering the window and still no further on. My biggest concern is nobody is calling me back and the I have no idea what is going on. communication needs to be better. *** Update director has called to explain the problems they are having with their supplier. Window has now arrived. Good quality products and Liam is very knowledgable and friendly.

From building my door online to dealing with Liam was effortless and the service I received was great.

Major home upgrades have become real celebration moments for many of us, and sadly, not every company understands how important the whole experience is for their customers. But UK Composite Doors absolutely does!

From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I’m genuinely thrilled with our new door.

Liam Dean in Sales was fantastic. He helped us find the perfect option within our budget, and we’re really grateful for his support. The Operations team kept us informed at every stage of the manufacturing process, and the delivery arrived exactly on the promised day. Even though I wasn’t home to help with unloading, the driver kindly placed the door and accessories safely inside for my wife.

David, the recommended fitter, was exceptional. He answered all my questions, arrived on time, and went the extra mile to make sure the door fit perfectly. Not an easy job when every home has its quirks! His attention to detail meant minimal damage during fitting, and he even made sure everything was neatly finished.

A few coats of paint later, the door looks like it’s been there for years, and I’ve already caught the neighbours sneaking admiring glances!

Overall, an amazing experience. The door is solid, stylish, and built to last. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend UK Composite Doors and would definitely use them again.

I have a very good experience working with these guys. They were really helpful (and patient!) explaining all the ins and outs of buying a door. I had an awkward height and door requirement and they were great at guiding me through it all. On top of that, they were very competitive price wise and delivery was prompt. V happy to recommend

Door arrived swiftly and quality is excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone! I want to say thanks to Liam for making the process so simple.
