I just wanted to say a huge thank you to UKCompositeDoors for an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire team made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable.

Just had my new door fitted from UK Composite Doors and I’m really impressed. Looks great, feels super solid, and makes a big difference to the front of the house. Ordering was easy and everything arrived on time. Really happy with it!

I left a truthful review on this site and UK Composite Doors Ltd threatened me with legal action for defamation if I did not take it down. My solicitor confirmed that there was no case to answer as the statements I made were entirely accurate.
As a Trustee of a small, local charity that has lost money, I do not have the time resources to become embroiled in a legal battle, even when I know I would win. I have taken down my review and replaced it with this. My efforts will be better directed to trying to replace the money that has been taken from us.
The two companies below are registered at the same address with the same sole director. That director has multiple limited companies, some registered with two forenames, some with only one.
I suggest anyone contemplating using UK Composite Doors Ltd reads the reviews posted under Value Doors and Windows – starting with the 1* reviews.

Just received a threatening email off this company after writhing a previous review which I have removed .Threatening me against legal proceedings unless I remove it ,they will be passing on to their commercial solicitors MD law ,stating that they have lost out on sales because of it .Botton line is I paid for goods I did not receive ,there was no communication with this company ,no dial tone on the phone line .No correspondence whatsoever so how they lost out on sales is beyond me .This company has caused me a great deal of stress we saved up money to buy the door and to have no door after paying for it and no way of getting hold of the company to ask what’s going on .

I came across this site while I was searching for sites who sell front & rear doors,as both of these will need to be replaced in the near future. Everything that came up,looked really good,but the best deal seem to be the 'desgin your own' so I started the process off, hoping that by the end of it, it would give me a quote.
The process took quite a while to complete,as it included different styles of doors,colours,glass,different openings and even the sill measurements (which was unexpected & really helpful for a wheelchair user)
The whole process took around 10 minutes to complete, and I needed to provide my email and mobile phone number..... After all the information I had entered NO QUOTE was provided at the end.
The whole reason I had visited the site was to get quotes..... then, armed with this information I could then visit other websites,or stores, & compare quotes with one another.
Being able to get the quote for the front door & the rear doors, so I'm able to work out exactly how much it will cost me altogether(and that means I'll know when I'll be able to replace them. Not having a figure,means I have no clue.)
I don't like being called by a company regarding quotes, as that feels like being cold called, or like a forced to buy).
If I want to buy something, then I WILL call you, but just email me the quote, or simply put it at the end of all the information I've just filled out.
By calling me to give me the quote, it now means you have definitely lost a customer. I was really liking everything before that,especially as you had lowered sills and had the option of longer handles on the front doors, so for wheelchair users both would have been brilliant..... but having a forced phone called is always a no go.
I don't understand why the quote can't just be sent via email,or why it couldn't have just been put up on screen.

Excellent new composite door, ordered online super easy to do. We paid on card but there are Klarna and other good ways to pay too.
