This company is one that thrives on inaction and incompetence. using unethical techniques to try and pressure people into paying charges they are not owed.

Upon purchasing my flat I was bombarded by parking notices from this company despite never being made aware of their presence or procedure. After being faced with blanket statements and further pressure to pay I eventually managed to have them agree that the charges were unjust.

Lo and behold they demanded a cancellation fees for these charges that had never being mentioned during the lengthy communications (throughout which I'd of course accumulated more charges). Further more had the guile to present it as a "special offer" that I'd receive if I paid within 7 days.

Of course if you wanted to dispute it, communications would take more than this period (conveniently despite it been 2022 they only communicate by post).

Long story short, This is a business that is inept. Their own procedures and communications seem to be a mystery even to the people who work there and their partners. Furthermore they purposely hide and refuse to communicate so they can pressure you to pay. Finally even when they know they're wrong they still try and claw any money they can from you...

I'm aware that this is a thankless business and these companies provide value. However, incompetence and underhand tactics bring shame upon the entire industry. If you are a building management company I would strongly recommend that you DO NOT use this business and find someone a bit more reputable.

Also on the off chase that someone from UKCPS does read this, you owe me for the 2nd class stamps I had to buy to send you your ridiculous appeals letter.

they works only from 11 to 1 and the turnover is very high.
Got a parking fine because a shell lorry was blocking my way to car park they didn’t even look at cctv before sending me a fine there is no way to dispute other than posting a letter out. The reviews of this company reflect what a sham they are. Who do you report unethical companies to?

Parked in halfords in Sutton in Ashfield went a look round fishing shop which is part of the legal parking as in a sign in the carpark there for 10 mins ,received a fine for £60 for leaving the carpark sent a appeal letter but apparently ukcps didn't receive it then a fine for £100 sent another appeal letter registered then received fine for £120 then a letter for £170 from collection agency then a reply stating missed appeal date and I was parking illegally even thought there's a sign saying parking for the fishing tackle shop, phoned ukcps up but they put phone down ,how can this company be legal there scammers

Parked in a disabled bay with a blue badge displayed but their camera photographed the car with the door open and not even parked and issued a fine. Seeing other similar complaints on here, do they have it in for the disabled? Demands for Camera footage fall on deaf ears. They haven't provided the 12 digit appeal number for POPLA. Anything for them to avoid a court case. They need a new Data Protection Officer and someone to investigate the UKCPS Appeals Department. Don't bother with IAS as it's a quango funded by UKCPS. News for them - I'm going to court one way or another as I want to face them.

My daughter lives in student property with a car park run by them. She had just moved in and was walking up for her permit. She explained all this and they still fined her. Her landlords didn’t even mention parking when she went for her keys. Absolutely disgusting. Crooks.

I pulled up in an area controlled by them to allow another car to pull out ( whole duration 1:11 sec) and they have issued me a fine . Downloaded the tracker information of my tracker and I’m going to take them to court! Be aware they are absolute cowboys! Do not pay go to court

I hate this company .I parked on the site ,walked around ,then went not even a mile away to have a coffee where I could sit outside. I got a fine saying I was seen leaving the site so that cost me £60 ..not happy ,won't park or go shopping there ever again

Terrible company with absolute no understanding. Clearly desperate to grab money at any opportunity. Have parked in my spot for months. One day my permit must have flipped over, but the upside down disc in my window which for months has been my permit must clearly be me trying to park in my spot without a permit for some reason. Disgusting behaviour.

Why do we have to rate 1 star . A utterly disgraceful organisation

If i ever drive in to a car park and find it is managed by this set of crooks I will trun around and drive straight out. The app they want you to use crashed, it loses payment details and their appeals process is useless. You cannot speak to anyone to try an resolve any ossues or get any sense. Shops using UKCPS need to consider how much business they may loose by people not wanting to park.

I recently travelled to Sutton in Ashfield and made the mistake of parking in an empty car park near the shops I wanted to use. Two of these shops were among those nominated as ‘for the use of customers of….’. However these two shops both have doors opening onto the MAIN STREET and as far as I could see the coffee shop had no car park access at all. I got a ticket for £60 and the offence is cited as ‘driver - observed leaving site’. With absolutely NO other evidence about where I was going. Just a picture of my car totally legally parked!!! So be warned - leaving a car park can incur a PCN and even ‘respectable’ companies like Halfords are party to this kind of demanding money with menace behaviour. Halfords advertise ‘free parking’ on their Sutton in Ashfield web page. There is no obvious signage that actually leaving the car park is an offence.

I dropped my friend off at Piccadilly station in Manchester.I had no idea that I wasn’t allowed to do this as clearly I didn’t see the signs. Must have taken 2 mins. My notice was dated the 20th Jun but unfortunately went on holiday on the 22nd June. Had not received the notice. Just arrived home after two weeks and two days to find that the fine is now £100!Apparently they don’t deal with parking enquiries over the phone. ((So helpful).

Currently deciding whether to pay this fine I parked in my daughters disabled spot to collect her and the blue badge to take her to a hospital appointment in Sheffield while I was helping her out of her flat with the badge I was issued with a £60 fine if paid quick .. I appealed and got a reply next day saying I've still got to pay up my daughters had brain surgery for a tumour and I pointed this out to no avail

Absolutely appalling how they can justify a pcn fine for less than 2 mins. Unable to contact them over the phone, they've ignored my first letter of appeal. I'll be contacting my local councilor to help me with this.

Absolute scumbags, should be ashamed of yourselves especially during the cost of living crisis.

I also had the same experience. I parked in a car park in headingly outside nandos and got a find for £100. I would of appeal given the chance put my leasing company payed my fine then charge me. It was badly sign posted and dark.

Disgraceful company. Exploiting hard working people during a cost of living crisis. I pulled into a car park believing it to be Nandos car park to drop off my son (car park right next to Nandos in Leeds). Took him to the restaurant and then left (5 minutes max). Later received £60 notice. Wrote to appeal and explained i accidentally entered car park and left within 5 minutes so how does this justify £60 penalty notice. They ignored my first letter then sent me another demanding £100! I've just wrote to my MP to get this looked into. I dont mind paying fines if in the wrong and parked for a period of time without paying but this was a genuine 5 minute mistake. Please all write to your MP if suffered similar injustice as they have agreed to look into this scam.

Disgusting fineness twice and I have a disabled badge displayed on the dashboard clearly visible and you can't even appeal on line yet the letters say you can this is positive discrimination outrageous
