Absolute 5+ stars for this company, I order vitamins on a regular basis and they always arrive within 2 days and are extremely fresh. Very well priced, too. Am always very impressed with their speed of service and quality products, wouldn't buy vitamins anywhere else because I know they couldn't be better, it's that simple. Great customer service; one order went missing and they replaced it within a day. I only wish other companies would take a leaf out of their book.

I placed an order on 29 December and expected a standard order confirmation and basic communication shortly after purchase. No confirmation email was received, and the order status did not change for several days.

I contacted the seller to ask about dispatch. When I received no response, I followed up to request cancellation and a full refund, as I needed the product urgently and had already ordered an alternative elsewhere.

Only afterwards did I discover a notice on the mobile version of the website stating they were on a festive break. I had never noticed this on desktop (Brave browser) at the time of ordering; there was no obvious indication that orders or support would be delayed.

There was no reply to either of my emails. Despite my explicit cancellation request, the product was dispatched on 5 January without any prior communication.

To be clear:
> I am not disputing the product itself.
> The issue is lack of timely communication, poor visibility of holiday closure information and expected delayed despatching, and then actually despatching an order after a cancellation request without responding.

This could have been avoided with a simple auto-reply, clearer messaging across all devices, or acknowledgment of the cancellation request.

2nd time writing this review because trustpilot removed my first one and locked my account. Why? Maybe they don’t like good reviews. Who knows.

Great company. I buy a lot of things from here. Creatine mainly. Super quick postage and any problems they answer same day or first thing in the morning!

Bought item through eBay, item never received, seller was rude when messaging, not helping at all, refusing to refund. Claiming that is my fault that I was away from home. Avoid this shop and buy with someone who respect buyers.

I'm a former paramedic under cancer care. I purchased zeolite powder for detox purposes. All verifiable on an ebay stream: I first queried if it could be taken orally- the image had topical use mentioned on it. UKHH replied yes it could be ingested. Took 6 days to be delivered. Due to health concerns and with package clearly giving topical instructions only I msgd and informed them I was uncomfortable taking something suspect. They informed me "most people ingest it". I referred them back to health concerns - and they advised to process a return marking it "ordered by mistake". I was then expected to PAY for return! I msgd re their having mislead at all crucial junctures at which they belligerently and fraudulently ( despite the msg stream) claimed there is no zeolite marketed for oral use! And that they had not advised me to return marking it "mistaken order" and I had FAILED to follow their instructions! The response is brutal, aggressive and unwarranted. I am no longer going to deal with them - I am taking this to Food standards health and safety and Trading Standards. Judging by other comments on Trust Pilot they are endangering public health.

I stand by my original post which is evidenced by an ebay stream and intend to pursue this matter with regulatory authorities authorized to safeguard public health.
It's utterly regrettable that UKHH -as per their evidenced trust pilot stream of other negative reviews - have responded with utter falsehoods and by similarly vociferously traducing me: repeatedly displaying a lack of concern, integrity and professionalism. Their responses flag, not allay concerns of their practices.
