Although me and my fiancé are very capable persons, we already knew that we could not be on top of all the things, which is needed, to complete and in time of the application. I called to ask about an immigration case, a lady answered me very briefly and said if i needed more info i have to pay 300£!. Which I did, booked an appointment and received a call by a gentleman who literally listened to my case for 2 minutes, told me information i already now and was not interested in providing any more input. The conversation took less than 10-15 minutes and was useless!!

I tried other law firms (free 30 minutes consultation service) and they were very helpful and interested!
