I’m the main applicant.
Family of 5.
As the main applicant I needed my certification of sponsorship to be renewed and my visa was few days to be expired.
New employer applied for COS but home office delayed to approve it hence why I applied for visa extension without new COS
Got a decision from home office that my visa extension application was rejected and invalid because I didn’t upload a new COS and one of the options was to leave the UK
I contacted SABZ solicitors as I learnt I had got just 14th days to reapply with a new COS.
Talal was my case worker,he is a great guy.
He assisted my family and I to reapply with a new COS I finally got from my new employer.
Few days after that we got a decision that our application was successful.
My joy knew no bounds because I was already depressed because of the former decision.

My wife's settled status application was handled with great expertise my Mr. Farooqui. Throughout he was calm and patient which is a great bonus since the documentation needed careful sorting. Overall it was a successful choice for us and my wife's settled status has been accomplished with minimal stress.

I called for help about my cousins husband’s visa refusal. They seemed very keen and lovely to begin with. Started getting emails where they consistently got my name wrong, despite my name being in my actual email address and me correcting them. I then decided to read reviews before handing over the £700 plus VAT charge they had in mind. They then sent me another email with the price of £750 plus vat. Then another email, again with the wrong name, stating that it was infact £700. A barrage of emails with wrong details on every level.

I wrote them an email saying it wasn’t filling me with confidence that they could not get my name right despite me correcting them on multiple occasions. That I wanted to take time to read through reviews and speak to my cousin but I wasn’t filled with confidence. Literally moments later I get another call from them which I don’t answer and received a voicemail called me “Mr Tara” when I am clearly a woman, saying they were removing my details and my account because and I quote “they only take on clients that want to sort out their matter and we do not look for any sort of conflict”

To remind you all, I asked for them to get my name correct and that I needed time to read through reviews.

I would highly suggest avoiding this company, if this is the way they handle customers and simple requests like getting a name correct or even a prefix…I know I sure as hell wouldn’t trust them to sort out a visa application if something as simple as a clients name is too much for them to handle.

Sabbah Shafiq, I highly suggest you take some training in the way you handle requests and customers because that was truly diabolical.
