I switched from an old host to this one today and the experience has been nothing but good. I ran into some issues but they were quickly solved with the help of great support. Ive also heard nothing but positive things about this hosting devision so im extremely excited to get started playing!

Service is simple and easy to understand. Customer service is quick to respond and able to assist in my needs. I have used other hosting services in the past and this by far has been the best stream line services to day. Will keep using and recommending to others to use.

First i needed help to choose a plan the suited my needs. I went on CloudNords Discord channel, and got support within minutes. The support was polite and very helpfull, so 10 minutes later i was ready to buy.

The server setup were almost instant and everything worked right away. I installed a few plugins with ease.

Shortly after i needed help with some server settings, created a new ticket, and got the same good experience.

I've been running a modded minecraft server with them for a couple months now and everything runs smoothly and if there are any hiccups they are caused by the mods I've added rather than the server hosting itself. Despite this, when I run into a problem I don't know how to fix with a mod the discord support team is still willing to help me and walk me through changing settings to prevent future problems. They have a well organized control panel and a very helpful staff!

Im hosting a minecraft server for my friend group and everything so far has been good. You can easily submit tickets for problems in their Discord or Client Panel. Servers are cheap and they also regularly give out discounts so keep on a lookout for that

They have been the hosts of my server and it has been a simple and smooth experience. Their support team is also really helpful. Within minutes of my ticket they were able to fix my problem with ease!!

New to CloudNord but so far they have better performance at the same price as the other service I was using for the last 3 years. It has wonderful support for Minecraft Modpacks, cutting down on the need to manually upload modpacks (But you still can). The only potential putoff I have found would be the UI might not be the best for someone who isn't technologically inclined (Not a bad UI by any means though).
