Took my 12 year old son and his friend for his birthday,they had an absolute amazing day staff were great and a good bunch of people played that day

Great staff that where lovely welc9ming and helpfull, great day for the kids and us as grown ups only thing missing was a food venue i.e burgar van etc as 10 till 3.30 with no food was hard work in the weather

The information provided on the website did not match our actual experience at the location.

Our session was booked for 1–4 pm, and the website stated that the play time was 3 hours. However, we were only able to play for approximately 45 minutes in total, consisting of just three games of 15 minutes each. The full session finished at around 2:40 pm. This was very disappointing, particularly because the advertised experience suggested that we would have significantly more play time.

In addition, the facilities at the location were very poor. There was no water available for washing hands and no sink on site. The goggles provided were also in poor condition, with scratches that made it difficult to see clearly and could not be cleaned properly.

Overall, I feel that the site is not yet adequately prepared, particularly for children and families. The facilities and equipment require significant improvement, and the information provided on the website should accurately reflect what customers can expect when they arrive.

Unfortunately, the experience was far below what was advertised and what we reasonably expected when making the booking.

Absolutely fantastic afternoon today. Our group ranged from a 57 year old to an 11 year old. Everyone was made to feel very welcome, the stewards were great, friendly and informative.

When booking online I had what’s app messages to confirm and make any changes to the booking.

We did 3 different areas with 2 games on each. It was brilliant. We will def be going again.

They fixed my mistake in booking by changing the times not long before the event without extra cost or anything

I spoke to Andrew to help book paintballing.
Andrew was very helpful and made the whole process very easy. He was able to get us booked in for a session which starts in less than 24 hours! Didn’t think it was possible but he made it happen!
I would 100% ring again if I plan on booking another experience as he made the whole process so much easier!

I'm I have minimal experience but I like the game

Not yet attended our booking but wanted to say how helpful and friendly Lewis was on the telephone. Good advice and guided me through the booking.

10/10 for the Ukpainball, this is the best paintball ever, marshal is a complete professional,staff were very friendly, all the six games was very interesting, we had the best time, all my team enjoyed themselves plus at a point, we were given free paintballs. We will definitely be back again, worth every penny we spent.

Had a great time staff are amazing well coordinated games safety on top. A great day out.
