Really appreciate Sophie and UK Pub Co for making my move from Australia to the UK so easy! Sophie supported me through the whole process from applying for my visa to finding the perfect job and location for me to call my new home. Edinburgh Christmas trip was great to meet new friends and explore another city. Sophie organised it very well! Would’ve been nice if it was a little longer

Before I found the UK pub program, I was very interested in what the world had to offer outside of my small town in Canada. Doing it all by myself seemed terrifying, so when I found the UK pub program that would help me by acting as a middle man and aid in finding me a job/accommodation, I was thrilled. They helped make the process incredibly smooth, help out every step of the way. I’ve now been here almost 9 months, and am incredibly happy living in the UK. Going to the theatre to see a new show every chance I get, exploring more of the world, and getting to have incredible friendships with people I would have otherwise never met, are just some of the amazing things that are made possible with the UK pub program.

Had my interview with Sophie day 1 of being in the UK and from then on the process of securing a job and accommodation was very smooth. Also loved the social aspect of UK Pub Co! I had such an amazing experience with the UK Pub Co team. Sophie was so incredibly helpful with the entire process. I went into this being very nervous but she was able to help organise everything for me and take a lot of that anxiety away. All of the resources provided were very useful as well as recommendations given such as travel insurance, etc.
