Good Morning Premier Cane Furniture,
Thank you for your recent order and for taking the time to share your experience.
It is great to hear that the prismatic frosted diffuser tiles arrived safely and you are happy with the quality.
These tiles are our most difficult product to ship, due to their delicacy and being much thinner than the other tiles we stock.
We therefore invest a lot of time in getting these well protected for transit in the courier network.
If you need any further assistance in the future, then please don't hesitate in getting in contact with the team.
Kind Regards
Beth
