The website was easy to use, and my tile sample was received within 2 days of ordering, which was really impressive. Hopefully my next order with them will be delivered as quick.

The product is good, but...
The product is good, however, my overall experience was let down by a couple of things.
i) Their ceiling calculator which does not correctly estimate the number of tiles required. I was three short for a 3m x 3m room even though I had increased the size when using the calculator to allow for wastage.
ii) The quality of the packing box used for shipping was less than perfect - one of the main ceiling rails had been trapped between the frame and the top/bottom of the wooden box and the box top and bottom were all warped on delivery.

Réponse de UK Suspended Ceilings
Good Afternoon Nicholas,
Thank you for your recent order and for your feedback. Looking at your review and the overall service, i have looked at your order and how it was calculated.
The calculator does factor in a small amount for cuts /wastage (5%), but depending on cuts to tiles required on site, this could be the reason why you were short.
To avoid this from happening to future customers we will look to display this wastage factor on the calculator.
If you need help with some more tiles (if not already sourced) please contact me directly and i can see what i can do for you.
Reading your comment on the packaging for the grid, we invest a lot of time and money in creating boxes for these to be transported in. Regrettably, if the couriers are heavy handed when delivering, items can become damaged.
We would always look to replace any damaged items or reimburse for these products if contacted regarding any issues.
Please contact our team if any replacements are needed.
Thank you again for your order and for your constructive feedback and sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards
Rob

Recent order
I ordered some plastic ceiling tiles earlier this week, which were way cheaper than anyone else, including delivery. They arrived today, very well packaged, & I was informed of a 2 hour window for delivery by their courier. All round top service from initial web order to delivery. I would have no hesitation on using them again & would recommend you give them a try too.
