Once you understand the ordering process it all went very well my door fitted to perfection other than my door limits weren’t set write and after talking to the 24/7 hotline they informed me that it was my fault because apparently I installed the door wrong. I let hem know that I was a licensed Tradesmen and the door was installed to there instructions which I confirmed with video evidence. They then helped me set the new limits and all is good

These shutters are excellent quality and support before and after purchase could not be faulted. My 5 mates and I installed 5 of the shutters in 8hrs on a elevated patio. Three of them where 3.5 meters wide and they operate very good with the preprogrammed remote control. I would recommend this product as value for money.

Considering that I live on a sharp bend where cars slow down then accelerate out of the corner,I Was sceptical at first about the ability of the shutters to reduce noise, they have reduced the roadway noise by at least 50%. First hot day today and they have kept the house nice and cool. I wish I had them installed years ago.

Ultimate shutters are a great firm and we highly recommend them.From the moment we walked into the showroom through to the installation of our shutters. Everyone involved was professional and easy to deal with. Thank you to everyone, special thanks to Rosa, Andy and the two young electricians who didn’t have the easiest time installing the electrics at our place but did it without complaint.
We now are enjoying the shutters which keep noise out, heat in and we’re sure we will notice it cooler in summer, the security having the shutters is a big plus.

I can't speak highly enough of the service received during this experience of sussing out what was available to do the job as the situation was not as straight foreward as other installation sites are.
For a start the sales person Rosa was just so understanding and knowledgeable and gave me the confidence to continue with the project of installing their ultimate shutter. The brochure originally obtained at bunnings no doubt piqued my interest but I know now after installing the shutter( which incidentally arrived very quickly, was packed very well and the communication about the order and tracking was also spot on ) that there would have been incredible problems if I hadn't been able to deal directly with Rosa. Time will tell how value stacks up in the future as we experience quality of finish and durabilty but we are definitely off to a great start..thankyou Ultimate Shutters

Those shutters are definitely better than other l bought before. They are nicely packed for the transport and have everything inside the package what you need to put them up.
