Had my Yukon XL hauled from Dallas, Texas to Orlando area and back without even a scratch. Very responsible drivers and extremely courteous. Customer service was excellent. Easy to reach pretty much anytime. Overall an A+ service. Thank you.

Reliable and friendly service
Casey was available by phone if I had any questions or updates. I was able to get tracking on my car at all times. My car was delivered near the time they promised.
The rates were comparable to other companies.

Confused to happy
Great response, kept updating the delivery from pick up to drop off. Always spoke truthfully to me and everything went exactly as I was told.
The more I looked up reviews of transport companies, the more confused I got. I know now that I made the right decision. Also, I received the lowest price from Ultimate Transport 123. I usually don’t make my decisions on cost alone, but as I said, the more I looked the more uncertain I got. So I decided to save over $400 from the other quotes.

Wonderful company
Wonderful company! I had an out of the ordinary request and they fulfilled it. My rep was out of town but his team stepped in and took care of me!
Price better than others. I checked 8 or so companies and most could not fulfill my request to ship a boat, but Ultimate Transport took on the challenge! The driver they found for me was awesome!! Communicated multiple times and was very flexible! Even helped me hook up my new boat and gave me pointers on it! Very helpful!!
I would definitely use them again.

Great customer service & communication
I had a car transported from California to Illinois. Pricing was great. & the customer service was outstanding. I was kept aware of the car pickup & delivery status throughout the process. I tried to work with another service and they over promised and under delivered and tried to charge extra at the last minute. NOT Ultimate! I would recommend Ultimate for all your transport needs.

Communication was excellent
Communication was excellent. Driver was very kind and on time. He delivered to my college-aged daughter, and we were nervous about her managing it alone, but there was no need to be nervous at all. A+ I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Pick up was late and no contact to tell pick up person. But all in all once pick up was made, drivers were very courteous and very informative. Knowing I could see where they were at all times. Delivery was early and was handled safe and sound
