I really wanted to like the alpine loop bands that I ordered. Unfortunately they just aren't anything close to the original Apple watch bands.

The black "paint" on the hardware scratches off very easily and the loops don't hold the G-hook securely. I often find my watch band flopping around because it has come unhooked.

Also, the amount of stretch in the three bands I ordered is wildly different from each of the others. One stretches an obscene amount compared to the next with the third falling somewhere in between.

While the bands look pretty good, they certainly fall short of the Apple offerings.

The product is great and always gets compliments. I was looking for a nice watch band for my Apple Watch Ultra for a wedding and just kept wearing it. In some unusual fashion it did get stuck and I couldn’t detach it from my watch and I actually had to replace it. Now I would have normally written this off as a lot of companies wouldn’t have done anything about it, but they recognized it was a rare occurrence and actually reimbursed me for the insurance deductible to replace it. I’m debating ordering another one simply because of the customer service alone, but it does seem like that was a unique situation and they genuinely wanted to ensure I wasn’t at a loss. I’m close to ordering again as the quality was above board outside of this freak issue.

As described, quality product and fast delivery

Found through Google and they had what I was looking for. Payment was a breeze as they used Amazon. Product arrived quickly and I have been using it for about a month now. Black coating is rubbing off a bit, but otherwise very happy with the purchase.

Product didn't match pics and doesn't even come close to fitting. Also, extremely poor quality.

Good quality very comfortable

Fast shipping and a great product line. I particularly like the Titan G4 Titanium Band for my Apple Watch Ultra 3, especially the magnetic clasp, which practically closes itself. The G4 band is beefy and rugged, even. It is wider than my previous bands and quite comfortable.

I also have a loop band, likewise comfortable, and a Titan FKM Sport Band in Starlight. Overall, a great set of offerings. My only gripe is how much they have dropped their prices since I bought my bands. Get yours now before the price goes up!

At first impression the band was great. it felt a bit heavy for being Titanium
What surprised me was that when I tried to size it by removing two lugs, under the lug was like rust where both metal parts rub. I tried cleaning since being titanium it shouldn't rust but it seems stained and tarnished. This disappointed me very much.
I tried to go online and request a return for a refund, but despite me receiving over two weeks back, in your system it appears as not delivered so it does not allow me to request the return process. I would like to request a return for refund.

Please let me know how to proceed with a return process.

I have to update my review to 4 Stars because the company customer support was top level in resolving my issue. This company really backup their product quality and made sure they did what was necessary to resolve and make sure I was satisfied with the service received. I was just unlucky with my specific bracelet and they made sure to make it right. Their customer service is 5Stars
