In the same order, I bought myself a tea for one set. It was packaged well and the design is very cute. Quality was also exactly as expected. I was very pleased with the quality of both items.

I really enjoyed this tea set, the quality is very good, has everything I need inside. making kung fu tea becomes a joy and relaxing process.

I ordered something that is still out of stock but when I have reached out about it the customer service has been very responsive and on top of getting my item to me as soon as they possibly can. Beware! Dishonest company. I ordered a tea table, which arrived considerably damaged. It also didn't match the pictures, looking like it was clumsily hacked together from two different tables. Customer service seemed apologetic and helpful at first, promising to send me a replacement. But the tracking number they gave me was not for my shipment. When I followed up they said they mistakenly gave me the wrong number, and gave me a new one. It eventually became clear that the second number was not for my shipment either. At this point they stopped responding to my messages. They lied again and again.

I ordered a tea tray, but when I opened the box, I realized it was broken upon delivery. I reached out to Umi’s customer support, and after verifying that my tray was broken, they very quickly sent a replacement. It looked like they made sure to package the replacement in several extra layers to ensure it arrived in one piece, which I appreciated. Overall it was a good customer service experience, and the tea tray itself looks and feels high quality.

I purchased the beautiful Tiger and Dragon Duan Ni Teapot from Umi Tea Sets for my college-age son as a Christmas present. He loved it! The gaiwans that are not entirely hand painted are the cheapest and still of incredible quality. I had one gifted to me and was stunned by its functionality and its beauty. My prized possession, my Phoenix gaiwan is the one I use for every single tea I brew and only from a freak accident did it fail me. The size and the fit of the lid were perfect, the balance in my hands is truly amazing and the phoenix motif on the outside is gorgeous. I really didn’t expect this, coming in as a skeptical buyer, but I was pleasantly surprised. (Their cups are also beautiful products, and sadly have not been able to pick up a few). My only complaint is that order tracking can be a bit glitchy and sometimes hard to navigate. To end, their customer service is quick and reliable while also being incredibly friendly, even offering to send me a replacement lid for my beloved phoenix giwan when it broke. Please, if you like to drink tea, check something out here and if you don't yet like tea, this place will surely inspire a love for it!

I have bought my entire tea set from the handmade tea pot, the mountain fair cup and the handmade white porcelain cups. I was nervous about receiving a box full of broken shards of ceramic and glass in Australia, but everything was packaged with alot of care.
The pot came with a beautifully padded box and pouch, excellent to put on display as well as a little certificate card with information of the artist who hand made the pot.
I HIGHLY recommend Uni tea sets. The are quick to dispatch and quality if the wares were exceptionally high.
