Love it!
I’m so impressed with the quality and service from Undercover. Everything from the website, to the packaging, to the duvet covers and pillow cases I bought- incredible. I was surprise to see that there were no ties in the covers to hold the duvet in place, but a week later and I haven’t had any shifts. I am definitely recommending to my friends and family. So happy that I found this company!

Fast and professional!
Sheets delivered fast and seem to be great! It would be best to not have to pay import tax. It was clearly mentioned that I will, so that was no surprise. But I think you don’t have such a big variety of sheets to not be able to have a few of each in your Switzerland warehouse.

We stock all standard Swiss sizes in our Swiss warehouse so local customers don't pay duties but not USA sizes unfortunately as we don't receive many orders for those within Switzerland. The only downside we have going is that is doesn’t wash that well.
