Estava a muito tempo querendo ter os meus e quando finalmente comprei, me desapontei com a qualidade do produto total em si.
comprei em uma promoção e fico feliz de não ter pago o valor real do produto porque nem com o desconto valeu a pena.
Pelas fotos e videos os tenis parecem ter uma qualidade incrível, mas pessoalmente deixa muito mas muito a desejar.
a parte da frente, tem cola aparecendo, os cadarços são de péssima qualidade, a escrita do lado veio além de falhada, veio descolando umas letras??!
Muito desapontada justamente porque tinha uma grande vontade de ter mais que um e não vai acontecer, porque pelo valor no mínimo deveriam ter mais qualidade. São lindos os desing, fica até dificil escolher, mas não vale a pena porque parecem um tanto descartáveis.

Very disappointing quality and poor customer service
I had high expectations for the Nuven 2 High Vanilla Sunset from Undo for Tomorrow, but unfortunately, the quality was extremely disappointing.
Within just a few days, the side print started peeling off, and the fabric—which appeared to be water-resistant—began to delaminate. This caused moisture to get trapped between the layers, creating stains that cannot be cleaned. On top of that, the stitching is coming apart, raising serious concerns about the shoes' durability.
I reached out to customer service, but the only solution they offered was their cleaning method. I followed their instructions and reported back that it didn’t work, yet they insisted their technique should be effective. While they do have a refund policy, it only applies to unworn shoes, which is unrealistic when defects only become apparent after wearing them.
Their response also included that they are a startup and these are the “challenges they face.” That may be the case, but it does not justify selling poorly made shoes and failing to offer a reasonable solution to customers.
Overall, a huge disappointment. I cannot recommend these shoes—or their customer service.

Shoes great, quality really bad
Shipping Nice, shoes itself looks really cool and the fit is great. Quality does not resemble the price, shoes do not get sticked and only glued, this resulted in a loose sole after !!2!! Months. Addressed the issue and “they wanted to resolve the case as best as possible”. Sending out a new pair was completely out of order (did not even ask for that in the first place). They told me they could refund me 15% of the product price for repairs. (Paid 40eu repair costs got 9eu refunded) cause I bought my shoes in sale.
True joke of a company and does defenitly not represent or act how they present them selves online. Took me 1,5 weeks to get the 9eu refunded aswell after sending out 2 reminder emails after our last contact when they would not respond to me.
Never buying again and which is truly unfortunetly cause i would’ve been a regular customer if they handled the case well.

What an absolute joke of a product is this !!! The material looks thin and cheap definitely not worth the price then you have to pay the return your self! Now don’t reply to me with just mehmehmehmeh sorry blah blah but actually do something about it however this is just product review pretty sure the people who work there are nice :)

Returns very expensive
I wish I had looked into the returns policy of this company before buying two pairs of their shoes. Both pairs were really uncomfortable so I ended up returning them but only found out at the post office that this would cost me £18 even though it's a UK return. That's a very high price for giving a sustainable start-up a chance...

Bin super zufrieden. Habe 2 Nuven (1.Gen) in schwarz und weiß und sie sind meine lieblingsschuhe die ich täglich seit über einem Jahr trage. Habe mir nun den Nuven (2.Gen) bestellt. Genau so bequem wie die erste Version. Passform passt genau und selten so bequeme Schuhe getragen. Hoffe das der schwarze wieder verfügbar wird damit ich bestellen kann.

5 star customer experience
I orderer the Nuven Blackbird sneaker and received them without the white spots around the soles. I immediately reached out and customer service (Laura) supported me perfectly throughout the whole process of describing my problem (I sent them a photo of the shoes), return and having a new pair sent back to me. They arrived today and my first impression is very good. I cannot say anything about the longevity right now, but they seem to be very solid shoes and they look great. Thank you!

The materials feel and look cheap
The materials feel and look cheap, the sole is already peeling off at the front and I have just opened the package which arrived 20 minutes ago. I bought these on discount and I am pretty frustrated with the quality, imagine if I had paid full price, the concept is good but the product is really not worth it. Also unbelievable they make the client pay for returns as an online shop.

It's a shame because the concept is…
It's a shame because the concept is great, but the quality of these shoes is disappointing. After only a few uses, they developed noticeable creases at the toes, and some glue started peeling off. For the price—comparable to Adidas or Nike—this is not a great start. They were comfortable, but the material quality was the main issue.
I also left them in the sun for a few hours, which caused burnt discolouration. Customer support wasn't helpful, insisting it was just dirt and to wash them again, which was frustrating. Really great concept, but they need to improve their quality control.
Edit: the business just mentioned they concluded is dirt based on the pictures. It is not. As I have explained to them repeatedly, I have washed the shoes several times. I offered to send the shoes back so they can inspect that themselves. They refused.

After carefully checking the photos you sent, we have concluded that the stain is due to dirt, not a defect in the material. Based on our experience, using non-neutral cleaning products or leaving cleaning residue can cause this type of stain.
To resolve this, we recommend washing the shoes again, but this time using only water and a soft brush, without any soap. By removing any remaining soap or dirt, the stains should disappear.

Schlechter Kundenservice- nur auf Verkaufen aus
Stoff der Schuhe nach 5 mal tragen defekt bzw. aufgeribbelt. Meine Mails musste ich immer doppelt senden, bis ich eine Antwort erhalten habe. Vom Kundenservice bekomme ich nur das Feedback, dass der Schaden durch äußere Einflüsse entstanden ist. Definitiv nicht - das darf bei dem Preis nicht passieren. Hätte ich mal vorher die Bewertungen bei TrustPilot gelesen. Kundenservice und Qualität ungenügend. Nie wieder!
