I expressed requiring a full bodied shiraz. What was recommended and delivered is a mid/mild shiraz. Unfortunately like previous experiences not meeting my requirement. The wine is good and well made.

Normally top notch. Delivery service is good, however this item had nothing on the label to confirm the vintage it was sold as. Yet to have a response to my phone call.

Very slow delivery
Very slow delivery. I had to ring the company to find out where my order is. The salesperson was very apologetic and couldn't explain why my order had not left the warehouse after two weeks.
