It's not really your fault but that doesn't mean that my blood pressure is not through the roof after all the trouble I've had in trying to get this wine.
It's the lazy, dishonest couriers that are the problem.
I am most unhappy with the result.

Once again an excellent recommendation from Dan.
My wife loves this pinot gris so enough said.
Its true to the label description with the pear/citrus/tropical fruits taste and balance just nice.

Thanks for your feedback Peter, and for your time on the phone today. I've taken your points on notifications and communication with our courier partners seriously and have contacted them to find ways we can improve together.
Although we do everything we can to make deliveries fast and easy, there are some aspects out of our control. This includes Australia Post and others splitting your delivery into multiple deliveries. That being said, I appreciate that you would prefer a clearer notification on the delivery completeion, and I have passed that to my team to see how we can improve.
