Every phone number I get points to a company called Capify, even the phone number of UMS's website.

Brilliant Service from start to finish! Great Company.
Have dealt with Matt since day one and I have to say he has gone above and beyond for us since we transferred over from Worldpay. He has saved our business a small fortune in fee's per month and the initial set up was a doddle! Really easy. He tailored our package to meet the businesses needs, and even changed them around for us upon request. He was able to offer us the next day clearance service on the daily takings which really helps for a small business and our cash flow needs. 10/10! Matt

Recently tried to change my address …
Recently tried to change my address details and had sent several emails to First Data unsuccessfully, got hold of the team at United merchant Services and they went out of their way to make sure the relevant changes were made to our account amongst other issues being addressed. Many thanks to Cameron and Matthew for assisting me.

Amazing company to deal with
I wish I could rate this company higher I've had fantastic service from the beginning as I opened my own new buisness and still have had no problems with their service I dealt with an employee named Peter and he was 5* look forward to many more years with this company :)
