Would give them less than a star if I could. They like to call and harass people who didnt even request a quote. They absolutely will not leave you alone.

Excessive telemarketing and refuses to put you in a do not call list. Harassing calls all week and uncooperative. Would never do business with telemarketers!

A supposed employee by the name of Isaiah contacted me from 248.450.0949 and assumed I was the person he was trying to reach. His incessant texting continued with misinformation stating he had pulled my personal information. I told him to stop. Again, not knowing who he reached he lied saying he worked with one of my title partners but would not say who that was only that his company works with 100 different companies. I informed him of TCPA of which his response was that he didn't hear that too often and the harassment continued. At this point I responded with some cursing. He said that maybe I shouldn't put my personal information online. He apparently is mentally challenged and doesn't understand no means no and that him and his company will be reported which I am in the process of doing. FCC, BBB (F rating), Yelp and Trustpilot. He then calls me from 972.685.1032 several times, asks for the person he is assuming I am and hangs up. I called both corporate numbers and was auto disconnected by both answered by a machine. Called 2 more times once by someone named Sam Further research shows they use 144 different phone numbers with the 248 area code to unscrupulously contact people.

This was my first time trying to get a loan in 35 yrs. My credit score over 700. It took 10 weeks to get approved. After closing it was literally 2 weeks before money was wired to my account....alot of heading with them. Dont use them.

Have contacted me unsolicited 5 times today even after being told to stop, the last time it was a phone call and they used a spoofed number to show it was from here in my state however that number was already owned by someone with as their cell number so it showed me the name of the person who owned the number. These are violations of the law. If they are willing to break the law just to simply contact you what other laws are they breaking as a business.

I worked with Dom Johnson during the recent refinancing of a loan for my home. Dom and United Mortgage Lending ended up saving us thousands of dollars and the process was efficient from beginning to end.

I was already working with a lender that I had worked with before. They asked to see the offer and when I sent it to them, they convinced me that it was a terrible offer and they could do better. They tried to write it up with a value 60K higher than what I told them I thought it would come back at and then when I got the appraiser to come out, which just so happens to be best friends with the owner of the Mortgage company, they structured my home completely different than the last two appraisals I had done. This company basically scammed me out of the appraisal fee of $650 and then told me that the appriased value was lower than it was on 2024 which is crazy when the property value trend has only been increasing in my area. DO NOT USE Kayla or Anthony at this company. They are snakes!!

Was pre-approved, jumped through 100 hoops over subsequent weeks and was told I was "48 hours from close" and then the underwriters. and then rejection last minute... DO NOT USE!!!

For one they lied to entire process, they kept asking for unnecessary documents to drag out the process. They then stopped calling completely and just texted back and forth. They told us the loan would close in a day! I know that is impossible but he was so sure, then they kept saying we were approved for all this money but when the paperwork came in it was half the amount. Horrible company steer clear

I refinanced to Pay off Credit Card Debt and they didn't Fulfill their Contract.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS !!!! SCAM !!!! CALLED ME 5 AM in the morning and get into a phone argument and where I am located and that their system is showing where I am..... THIS IS not the kind of business you want to DEAL with !!!!! REPORTED them to BBB and TRUST PILOT... PATRICK also gave me a fake company name so that I don't write a review. I asked him several times to remove me from the list and he kept going about that I am lying...!!! BE AWARE I will make it a point to let everybody know what a SCAM this company is and how they train their employees to LIE and HARASS people
