I don't see any emails from you with your enquiry, sometimes due to time zones we miss calls but we respond to all emails within 24 hours Mon-Fri. Dear J. we (Untiruck) found your review quite unfair. We've done everything possible to manage your disappointment.
What happened was that we only had 1 items xy in stock and 2 people ordered it atthe same time. Warehouse had to make a choice. Poor delayed communication on our side. we refunded you and send apologies and discount codes.
We feel very sorry about you perceiving our transaction as a waste of time. We wish you only successfull deliveries for the rest of your life.

Nobody answers the phone nor do they reply back to emails! I am missing a mirror bracket and nobody will respond to get this resolved
