I recently used UNITS for portable storage, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The ordering process was straightforward, and the team was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions. The portable storage container was delivered right on time, and it was in great condition – clean, sturdy, and spacious.
What really stood out to me was the flexibility. I needed to keep the container for a little longer than originally planned, and UNITS was more than accommodating, with no hassle at all. The pick-up and delivery process was efficient and on schedule, making my move stress-free.
If you're looking for a reliable, convenient, and affordable portable storage solution, I highly recommend UNITS. Their customer service is top-notch, and they made a potentially stressful situation much easier. Will definitely use them again if I need storage in the future!

The difference is local…
There are plenty of storage container companies, but units truly delivered the local customer service you expect. Jodi was wonderful. Stayed in contact and made sure that I understood what was going on, when people would be delivering and picking up and was just all around very pleasant. Very happy with my choice to use units and would recommend them to anyone looking to store, or move their stuff.

Exceeded Expectations at Every Step
Performed above average given Covid and how many companies are accepting poor quality, customer service and general follow through as “normal.” Units delivered on time; and were professional from the initial phone call, to pricing explanation, delivery, extension of rental term and pickup!

Always a good experience
Always a good experience! This is my 5th time to use Units. This delivery was challenging and due to recent rain, the yard was muddy. They went in the yard a bit but no matter, fixed the soil and left it good as new before anyone even noticed. A plus!

The owners were a delight to speak…
The owners were a delight to speak with, and coordinate all of the timelines for delivery and pick up and they were always very responsive, available, and accommodating. The best feature was the combination of both receiving a text and an email as the process of delivery or pickup was in motion. I always had 100% clarity on where we were in the process.

A locally owned company with a friendly staff
A locally owned company with a friendly staff. The driver was able to park the Unit in a spot that others would not have been able to do. The robotic mule they use is truly state of the art. The Units also have a clean and modern appearance that makes them visually appealing and the swing open doors allow for a few extra feet of room. I highly recommend this company for your portable storage needs and willingness to go the extra mile to get it to you in a timely manner.
