This is our second time using U-Pack to move across the country and I can’t recommend them enough! Great customer service, great communication, and every person we’ve worked with is patient and professional. They take the stress out of moving!

The drivers were very nice and arrived on time and picked up on time. Overall, it was a great experience and all of our stuff arrived safe and sound. We would definitely use them again.

I used to work at ABF when Upack first started and understood how it worked. As time has gone on the system has gotten smoother, and provided entirely the experience I was hoping for. Very trouble free move.

I had to move across the country and had a 3 bedroom apartment. I searched a lot of different sites for moving but ultimatly went with UPACK as it was the best bang for my buck. 4K for two cubes was such a good deal and really fit my needs. It was so easy to have them dropped off and I got to pack them on my own time and then have them picked up. NOTHING was damaged when they arrived to me. It really was so easy and simple for this ADHD gal. Granted there are a lot of steps and calls to make for pickup and delivery and such but ultimately it was pretty easy and streamline. If I ever moved again, I would use UPACK>

U-PACK and ABF trucking were both top notch companies! Very accommodating to my tricky move. Helping me coordinate multiple trailers to work out perfectly for my packers and unpackers. Everyone I interacted from sales, dispatch and the truck drivers were very pleasant and super helpful!

We were Florida snowbirds but had to move back to Indiana for my husband's health. I researched movers and came across UPack and it was a great decision. They were so helpful on the phone and drop off and pick up at both locations was great. I highly recommend this service if you're traveling long distance and you can pack the pod yourself.

My move from IL to CA was great. Every part of the process from the first phone call to the last call was above my expectations. No AI or people who didn't know what they were doing or didn't speak English well. Everything was done on time and as I expected. I would recommend U-Pack to anyone making a long distance move.

Used UPack for my move. From the booking agent through the truck drivers at drop off to pickup after loading for curtious and very helpful. Pickup after loading through shipment to off loading site, UPack stayed in constant contact. Drivers were well trained and very curtious. NO DAMAGE to any of my belongings. Great service and great compzny!

The whole process was very professional, they stayed in communication the entire time, and my belongings arrived exactly within the planned timeframe.

I ordered a 6×7×8 cube to move my household goods from Washington to Alaska. I had TVs, computers, beds, etc. I received it in less than twelve days and everything was intact and nothing was broken. I'd highly recommend them.

Overall we find it to be a great option for moving our belongings. Both of our moves have been cross country, and everything has arrived safely and in good condition.
My only issue was with our recent move. I called a day prior to confirm next day pick up of the loaded cubes. Was told by dispatch that they would be picked up the next day as requested. Late afternoon of that next day they were not picked up and I received no communication. I called them and was told dispatch was gone for the day and I would be transferred to a supervisor. Never got connected with a supervisor, and when I tried to call again, no one answered. Early next day I called, put on hold multiple times, and finally spoke to someone who assured me that we were one of the first on the schedule. Cubes finally got picked up around 5pm, no communication again, and driver told us he had many previous jobs that day.
Just wanted to say that this portion of the process was not handled well, but overall I think U-Pack is a good way to move.

We recently moved 2cubes from California to New Jersey. The move went very smoothly, good communication and friendly staff.

The drop off and pickups on both ends were seamless. They always answered their phone with a real person and customer service was impeccable.. I would use them without hesitation if needed again.
