Complete garbage
Complete garbage. They are extremely unreliable, rude and unprofessional. They tried to intimidate us using stalking and threats of violence. Be careful.
They are a broker. AI speaks with you. Avoid it!!!

Unprofessional and pushy broker
I called these guys for a quote before I read any reviews online, and the guy on the phone right away was super pushy and gave me an unreasonably low, too good to be true rate wanting me to pay the deposit ASAP, so I said let me do some research and I'll call him right back. After not finding anything but bad reviews on the broker and almost nothing on the actual company for the move (Top Nation Relocation), I called him back and politely let him know I wasn't interested so I wouldn't waste any more of his time. He tried to talk me into a little bit more and when he realized I wouldn't budge he just says "alright whatever buddy if you just can't afford it then suit yourself" and hangs up on me before I can respond.
Gave me a good laugh but my god talk about unprofessional. Other brokers were quoting me $3100 - $3300 which is about what he started at but kept putting me on hold to "ask his dad" (???) if he could get it cheaper for me and ended at $1970. Every tactic there screamed scam to me, right up to angrily insulting me when he knew I wasn't a sale.
I wish I would have checked the…
I wish I would have checked the Trustpilot reviews before contacting this company. I was gathering rough quotes/ expected price estimates to finish moving items. The first customer rep was nice, but the second was something else entirely. He started off pleasant but quickly shifted to snarky and rude. Some basics. He asked if we had gotten a quote anywhere else and I informed him that we had one for a hotshot team, but when pressured to tell him the quote, I told him that I did not want to share that information. When I explained that I did not have a complete inventory but was just trying to get rough estimates for space/cost/distance if that was possible he told me it wouldn't be possible to get a quote. I figured okay, fair enough, but he took it further and let's just say it was by far the least professional interaction I have ever been in. I told him, thank you but I don't think that the company will work for me (primarily due to his attitude, and secondarily due the fact that the items are still in another state so getting the inventory list at that exact moment was impossible). I was told thank you for wasting his time, good luck with the hotshot crew and he hopes I waste their time too in the snarkiest voice imaginable. I was beyond angry. I did lose my temper unfortunately. I asked to be transferred to his manager/supervisor. He did not. The conversation could have gone a completely different way but the rep chose to be a jerk. I got a call back immediately (less than 10 seconds) from another rep, and informed him of the bad interaction and to remove my number from their list. I pray that he actually did, because otherwise I fear I am in for the continuous calling the others on here are receiving.
0 stars if possible
0 stars if possible. I was cussed out when I did not agree to give them a deposit for moving service, I only wanted a quote. DO NOT USE
They stink
They stink. People who called representing their company (vanlife) insulted me for no reason when I told them I'm going to think it over. Then they hung up on me before I could rebut. Suckers!
Called me a B** because I chose not to proceed
Both a woman and man were extremely disrespectful. After I express not being interestsed, the woman proceeded to call me a B*** and immediately hung up like a coward.
I wish them nothing but the worse. This is the mysterious number they called from 603 825 4430
Can't get a quote ...
Can't get a quote without giving all your info, which is inevitably sold to everyone else. Avoid like the plague
Now 2movers1 truck Beware!!!!
Now 2movers1 truck Beware!!!!
I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.
The movers themselves were professional and worked efficiently during the loading portion of my move. However, the issues arose during delivery to storage.
I was charged $150 for “prepaid storage,” yet the storage unit was opened under the manager’s personal name and credit card rather than directly under mine. I later learned the facility offers first month free, and I was able to open my own unit for $29 in administrative fees. The lack of transparency regarding this charge was concerning.
Additionally, there were conflicting explanations about where my storage key was left. I was initially told it was left at the storage facility office, then later informed it had been returned to the company’s drop box. Retrieving access required significant back-and-forth coordination.
The final invoice reflected billing beyond the estimated time, and although elevator fees were applied, the overall communication regarding additional charges felt pressured at the time of delivery.
While the crew worked hard, the billing transparency and storage handling process need improvement.
I hope this feedback encourages clearer communication and more transparent billing practices in the future.
I have to remember to check TrustPilot…
I have to remember to check TrustPilot for any new website I try to get a quote through. I thought they were real movers, nope, just some broker site that sells your info to movers or similar companies. It immediately called me after saying I'd get a ballpark estimate after submitting my full name, email address, and phone number, but instead it just showed me some companies I can call to get a quote through. So they're just data scrapers. I'll now get calls and emails every day from all these companies for 2 weeks, without even seeing a ballpark estimate. What a waste. Never ever use this site.
He got very nasty when I said they were too expensive
I had the same experience as a previous reviewer. They gave me a quote was that was 35% more than the highest quote I had received, and when I said I would keep looking, the pressure started. Ultimately when I refused to budge, they got nasty and told me, among other things, that I was wasting their time calling a "high quality" company, etc. etc. I finally hung up on him. They definitely don't handle "no" very well! I've never had a company treat me like that. Ugh.
Crazy customer service
Crazy customer service. I tried to call for a quote and when their pressure tactics didn't work on me, they started verbally harassing me and hung up on me. I tried to call back to report the agent and they told me that it wasn't the same company and I just get transferred to the company that can help me best. I tried to continue to talk to customer service and report him. And then that guy (maybe the same guy??) Started verbally harassing me and hung up on me as well. Crazy that someone is working in a place that would talk to another human being like that. I'm pretty sure this is a scam company.
Everyone Report these guys to the FTC
They will sell your information! There is no way to opt out of it. And, there is no way to contact them to tell them not to. So, let this serve as a public notice to 2Movers. I do not want you selling my information. You do not have my permission.
They lure you through their website with the promise to get a quote. They collect one piece of information at a time as to not send any red flags up. Then once the red flags start to go up, it's to late, you have already given them to much information. Get ready for SPAM emails and phone calls from them and god knows who ever else the sell your info to.
The way they operate is unethical and should be illegal.
2movers are scammers
2movers are scammers, they scammed my friend into thinking they were the legit moving company instead of just brokers, then they took a security deposit from her after giving her papers to sign, pretending they were going to help her move. Then they never showed up. Complete money making scam
Nasty customer service
This is a direct copy from my friend of what was said to him from someone of the 2 movers company "So I called those five and at least three of them, the people on the phone were so aggressive with me to a point where one of them goes “what is stopping you from making this booking right now? Did you not hear any of what I said? This is the cheapest you will ever find on the market. You know what you’re a moron go and find a F-ing bridge and jump off it”.
They said the word, but I had to abbreviate so it would go through
If they spoke to my friend like this these are the type of people you definitely don't want handling anything of yours!!!

Disgusting customer service
Disgusting and horrid bro-like customer service. I called in for a quote and they were pushy beyond belief and laughed at my request for a move that will be happening in one week, and cursed at me over the phone. How do you expect to get anyone's service with this disgusting behavior.
Scam website
When you call the number listed in their terms and conditions (877 884 4738) you get a bot offering you a “free life alert device”. No way that’s real. You cannot ask them to delete your info. There is no way to stop receiving calls from random moving companies, which are probably all scams themselves.
Don't use this service it's just a way to send your cell number to a bunch of companies that will never stop calling or texting you. Ridiculous.
Don't use this service. It sends your info across the web and youll get calls and texts all day for weeks.
