HELP!

I have been abused by DWP for years. It was I think in 2023 (or 2022) that my PIP was criminally slashed down to less than half, based on a "counsellor" assessment ridden with falsehoods. They did not allow me any proper means to challenge this, which I still did. They kept dismissing my challenges, until the court point. Sadly, due my hidden disabilities, I did not understand I only had one month to do it so I lost that defence due my illness and their criminal abuse. subsequently, they sent me into a huge spiral of debt that I'm still paying for, to date 3-4 years later.

BUT NOW, IT'S EVEN MORE CRIMINAL !!!. Today I had an email notification that I had one new message in my UC account, and I obviously tried to login to read it. ONLY TO SEE THE UC INDIVIDUALS WHO MANAGE THE CONTACT SYSTEM HAVE CUT ME OFF CRIMINALLY FROM ANY MEANS TO LOGIN TO MY UC ACCOUNT, AND ALSO TO CONTACT UC OVERALL !!!! I CAN NO LONGER DO ANY OF THESE! IT IS ALL THREATENING, BECAUSE I'M IN A LEGAL DISPUTE WITH THE PRFOUNDLY CRIMINAL LANDLORD HOUNSLOW HOUSING AND THE MESSAGE COULD BE ABOUT ANOTHER ATTEMPT TO TAKE MONEY ILLEGALLY FROM MY UC INCOME, WHICH IS LIFE THREATENING FOR ME, LEAVING ME WITH NO MONEY FOR THE BASICS.

When logging in to my UC account, I'm using the correct username and password, but then they apply a third method to "verify it's me". They send a text code to my mobile number registered with them. I was perfectly able to do so until last week. Today, despite trying endless time to do so, for more than one hour, no verification text codes were received on my phone, therefore I was prevented to login. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my mobile connection.

Also, when I tried to contact UC to their phone number, from my registered number with them I had repeatedly the message that "the service is unavailable to me". Then I called them from another phone number, and I got through to UC phone system. It was all fine, until I was asked to input my mobile phone number which is registered to them, which I did. Then, after verifying that was the correct number, my phone call was cut off by them almost immediately, or in a matter of seconds. I did this over and over again, and the criminal system response was cutting me off each time. Everything was finally filmed and now legally documented.

HELP!!!! THIS IS JUST THE LAST LIFE-THREATENING ABUSE AGAINST ME BY THE PUBLIC SERVICES IN THE UK, IN TOO MANY YEARS OF INHUMANE BEHAVIOURS I'VE BEEN BEING SUBJECTED TO BY THEM. 1. ASK YOU TO LOGIN TO YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT WHICH THEN THEY CAN BLOCK YOU FROM LIKE THEY BLOCKED ME, OR SIMPLY DENYING THIS TO THOSE WHO CANNOT RECEIVE TEXTCODES ON THEIR MOBILE PHONES THEN NOT ABLE TO NOTIFY THIS AND RESTORE THEIR SERVICES.
2. THEY COMPELL YOU TO USE A PREMIUM PHONE SERVICE ONLY. WHY, THIS IS NOT GENERALLY AVAILABLE TO ANYONE, PARTICULARLY TO THE MOST VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS, WHO ARE REGISTERED UC USERS. THIS IS OR SHOULD BE ILLEGAL, IT'S A BLATANT ABUSE BY UC AND DWP. THEY USED TO
HAVE LANDLINE NUMBERS, AND ANYONE WAS ABLE TO CALL THOSE NUMBERS.

HELP !!!! YOU MIGHT UNDERSTAND THAT THERE IS BLATANT THREAT ON MY LIFE RIGHT NOW, I NEED TO RESTORE MY FULL CONTACT WITH UC IMMEDIATELY. I CANNOT CHANGE MY MOBILE SERVICE, IT'S BEYOND MY CONTROL, AND I CANNOT UPDATE ANYTHING IN MY UC ACCOUNT ANYWAY, SINCE ANY MEANS TO CONTACT THEM IS NOW ILLEGALLY DENIED TO ME.
