Rogue DWP staff, I have written to the Prime Minister of my experiences today and experience of previous incidents of staff behaviour. Rogue staff are the true reason as to why fraud is allowed to happen, disgusted with the DWP Universal Credit staff behaviour, I told them that the Tenants have previously took 8 Months of Rent Element paid to them into their Bank account and instead of forward that money into the landlord bank account, Tenants had spent all the Rent money on themselves. THIS RENT ELEMENT IS FUNDED BY TAX PAYERS, AS A NATION WE ARE FED UP OF INCREASING TAX RISES, ROGUE STAFF WORKING IN DWP UNIVERSAL CREDIT ARE ALLOWING BENEFIT CHEATS TO GET AWAY WITH IT.
I contacted DWP Universal Credit and made them aware of my concerns of the fraudulent behaviour of Tenants keeping all of the Rent Element payments for themselves, the Tenants caseworker listened and then reassured me that I will be paid Rent Element directly into my bank account plus the rent arrears will be paid, and that the Tenants will no longer be paid rent element directly again. Just 2 Months of Rent was paid into my wife Bank account with a £60 of rent arrears.

TO CANCEL ALL OF THE RENT PAYMENTS AND RENT ARREARS OWED INTO MY WIFE BANK ACCOUNT, TENANTS FOUND A LOOP HOLE
Tenants made a fresh new claim for Universal credit including claim for the Rent Element, now to defraud the system AGAIN and to put the Landlord out of pocket again, Tenants are now getting the full rent element again, only to spend all that rent money on themselves, my wife is not getting no rent payments into her Bank account and the owed rent of £60 rent arrears had also been stopped and cancelled, this is evidence of green light to fraudulent Tenants, the DWP Universal Credit rogue staff might as well give the Fraudulent Tenants a blank Cheque to allow them to spend the Taxpayers money on what they like, (So much for false reassurance from DWP Universal Credit caseworker) putting my wife out of her rental income of total missing Rent of £14330.00.
All this money belonging to Taxpayers the Tenants spent it all on themselves going abroad on holidays etc,
Today, I had tried to explain the situation to the DWP Universal Credit Staff politely, instead of taking my concerns seriously, she put the phone down on me and did not ring me back, she has my telephone number, Rogue staff like these are the real reason why the system is broken and such behaviour must not be tolerated, our system is compromised because we have Rogue staff who are not fit for purpose, allowing Benefit cheats to prevail and to continue giving fraudster full advantage and confidence to get away with Taxpayers money, this Rogue staff in DWP Universal Credit after I explained to her all of my concerns, she did nothing, not to even send an email to the Tenants Caseworker of this immediate concern to stop all of the Rent Element payments to be paid to the Tenants, and Rogue staff instead helping me to stop the ongoing fraudulent behaviour, that staff put the phone down on me, such staff behaviour is absolutely disgusting

Frustrated, I phone again DWP Universal Credit for the second time, and I managed to speak with a genuine staff member who listened and took proactive action by emailing the Tenants caseworker as an urgent request to contact me, we need genuine people like this person to work in favour against fraud, unlike that other staff who was in favour of fraud.

DWP Universal Credit must stop employing Staff who are irresponsible, who are good st helping benefit fraudsters as these are the types of rogue staff as to why the Taxpayers moneys is going down into the pockets of fraudsters, because they the rogue irresponsible staff is evident as to why the reason the system is weak and broken because such rogue staff who are allowing for fraudulent behaviour to prevail so that the misuse of Taxpayers money continues, and Tax rises continues to benefit the fraudster because of rogue staff working in DWP Universal Credit.

All staff should be monitored for their performance, they must make a system in which for every call is logged to that particular Staff member for their performance and should we want to complaint we can have that staff member to be given a warning or sacked for allowing fraudulent behaviour to prevail. This is not hundreds of pounds of Taxpayers money which was squandered, I am talking here thousands of Pounds of Taxpayers funds squandered by the Tenants, misuse by fraudulent Tenants and all thanks to DWP Universal Credit Staff to allow this to happen.

10 months of experience with the DWP Universal Credit Staff members and unfortunately some staff members are not listening to my concerns and are deliberately allowing the Taxpayers money to be squandered in thousands of pounds of Taxpayers money to benefit Fraudulent Tenants.

The application was really easy and the loan was approved very quick. The funds came shortly after. Loans are not usually that quick and easy. I highly recommend upgrade if you need a loan.
