Universal windows installed a new door and storm door.They did an excellent job. They were very courteous and kind. They fixed everything that needed fixed and explained everything.they cleaned up the area when they were done.we are very happy with the doors and their work.

After doing a lot of research, I chose Universal Windows Direct They had excellent customer reviews and are BBB certified. UWD lived up to their reviews. I had 10 windows replaced. I love my new windows. The staff were professional and courteous. No sales pressure.

Samuel our sales guy was knowledgeable about products and worked with us to find what worked in our prices range. And guy that took second measurement made sure everything looked good for a smooth install. And the installation guys were amazing they had windows out and back in cleaned up and explained everything we needed to know about the window in no time it was a great experience.

My scheduled install date had to be changed due to the installers wife going into labor. They graciously found another installer who was willing to work on Saturday. I had the pleasure of meeting Alex and Pablo but will admit I was a little skeptical when they were a crew of two. However, Alex assured me that it was not a problem. They worked very hard the entire day to get 10 windows installed (2 were very, very heavy). I am very pleased with the end result.

The installers were on time and very business like. They kept me abreast of what needed to be done and how long it would take them. They left nothing to cleanup behind them. Very satisfied with the job they did.

Devin Wells was on time for my consultation. He was personable and friendly. He was thorough with the information he gave and answered any and all questions with depth. He took my concerns and wants into consideration when showing and also talking about the windows.

Devin was very knowledgeable about the windows he was selling. Loved his personality and presentation. Devin is a people person and a dog lover. Our dogs took to him right away. Would definitely recommend.

Finally they were supposed to come today this morning between 8 and 10 AM. Never showed only to get a phone call at 3:15 today stating that there was a schedule mixup will be there tomorrow very unhappy with gutter service.

I set an alarm to get up as the technician was supposed to be there between 8-10. He got here at 11. That being said he did a good job once here. However, on to the door. It is installed and seems fine, but I am going to have to take another day off work to have the job completed. White painted wood was sent with him instead of what it was supposed to be. I feel there should be some sort of compensation for this as there is no fault on my part

Very high price/sales pressure. The initial price for a sliding door was $13,700+, then a few seconds later of sales speak it came down to $4,500+.
Was told today only, story kept changing though to the point where I needed to throw in more windows to get a discount but even that changed over time. At Rosatti or Lowe’s, Home Depot, Menards etc it was much less. What a waste of time.

The worst experience. We will never consider their service in the future. We ordered 5 windows and one sliding patio door. The ordeal started with a dishonest salesperson who misled us about the windows design. He assumed us that replacement windows would have the same flange as original ones and that installation crew will remove siding to replace windows.
All windows and the sliding door were delivered unpacked with a lot of black marks, scratches, and one frame was even cracked. During the installation process it became evident that measurements had been inaccurately taken. Consequently, some windows ended up with 1” gap on the top and bottom. Those gaps weren’t even thoughtfully filled with foam. Regrettably my heating bill increased instead of promised energy saving. What was supposed to be one day the installation turned into a frustrating 4 day process. After installation one window began leaking badly due to faulty flashing. Rectifying this problem required an additional 2 visits from repair crew. To add to the frustration, a bracket in one window broke after just 2 days, and it took a painstaking 6 months to have it properly repaired. As for the cracked frame, a replacement was only arranged after a staggering 11 months. later
