One of the worst experiences ever! Placed order 10/28 for all items in stock. Received email 10/29 confirmed order and delivery in 4-6 weeks. Items did not ship until 12/12 and it is 1/20 and we still have no delivery date. They only deliver to our area 2 days per month and the 2 days in January, I had conflicts which they were aware of prior to presenting. Since our purchase, the products in our order have dropped $3400 total in price on their website and the company refuses to make adjustments to shipped items. They offered $300 and stated it isn’t customary. They have done nothing to assist or compensate for the inconvenience and refuse to take calls once a purchase is complete. Buyers beware! This company is not honorable. We paid for white glove delivery as well and based on prior reviews, my expectations are very low.

No customer service
For delivery someone calls speaking way to fast and unclear English. Babbles something. When I requested they speak slowly identify themselves and enunciate they hung up. For over one hour I attempted to recall that phone number as well as any number I had for the company pressed buttons for orders and customer service. Delivery was due for following day. On hold. Never picked up. Four calls no response.

I bought a $6000 out door dining table with 6 chairs. Within a two month i noticed a hair line crack on the table. after a short time or few month this hair line crack were all over the table. I called them many times but the made many excuses. This company does not do honest business. Stay away from them, dont be fool with their discount. their furniture is after market that is why the price is less. Their customer service is zeor.

Ordered 10 chairs and they went on sale significantly prior to me receiving the chairs and unlimited would not give price adjustment which is very disappointing for a decent sized furniture company especially since we had not received the chairs yet

Horrible experience and horrible customer service. Unlimited Furniture's lack of customer service and professionalism is unlike any company I have dealt with. I waited past my 5 hour expected delivery window - they showed up after that - for a piece to arrive with no box, just handed a canvas The item advertised by Unlimited Furniture and the item received were entirely different and entirely misrepresented. It's bad enough this company does no due diligence to care about product quality. When told about this, they took no responsibility, claiming "variations are expected, and no two items will be identical to the online photo". I would never order from this place again and you should not either.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I bought a bed from Unlimited Furniture Group. It has a fabric headboard and arrived with a black spot on it. The spot was pointed out to the delivery driver when he asked to sign verifying there were no issues with the delivery. My daughter refused to sign, however the driver signed her name himself. Immediately my daughter wrote a complaint on the form and sent pictures of the form and spot to the salesperson. The salesperson said someone would come out to clean the spot. Haven't been able to get in touch with her since. From March 21, 2025 until May 13, 2025 and many attempts to make contact, no one has come to clean the spot. Customer service, if it exist, will not answer or return a call. A salesperson transferred my called to the customer service manager he did not answer and his phone will not accept messages. BUYER BE VERY AWARE!!!

Firstly, I read the reviews on this site. I went back to my cart and took pictures because it says that any order $1299 and over will have free ship. I called up and spoke to a sales person. I didn't make an argument, I simply asked what will the shipping be on my order. He told me $200, - I had $2k in my cart, so clearly I did qualify for free ship according to the language of the terms written on their website. The salesperson said he would discount it to $150. I told him that I read on the website any order over $1299 would be free ship; he said. "for each item." Hmmm; I said. Why ever would I negotiate with someone over the phone and believe them when their website is in writing and they don't honor it. I am a bit flabbergasted, and disappointed because I spent a couple of hours perusing their site to get what I needed. So that was a waste. Thank you for all who reviewed this company and their service. I would never in a million years have thought to confirm about free shipping if I hadn't read it here.

I don't know how this store stays in business. They promised lower prices and FREE delivery within 7-10 days for the table I ordered. They charge 100% of the product up front. Then they turned around and said I need to pay $100 for delivery and would not acknowledge their claim of free delivery. Even when the product had not been shipped, they would not offer a refund. Finally, FOUR months later, they gave a delivery time/date. When they were an hour late, they then notified me that the product did not pass quality control so i would not be receiving the shipment as promised. I finally convinced them to cancel the order - however they charged a 30% restocking fee AND shipping both ways (on top of the shipping I already paid). Never ever never will I ever do business with this company ever again. So anti-customer. It's really shocking.
