Unlock.Zone™ Avis 

Unlock.Zone was the third company I went with who eventually unlocked my phone. Previously two other companies had told me they couldn't unlock my Sony Xperia, having taken my money and not refunded it!

Unlock.Zone estimated between 3 and 7 days for their service, but they sent me a list of four codes after only 2 hours! The second code on the list worked perfectly, and my phone is now set up for Giffgaff.

The instructions for putting in the unlock code were clear and easy, and the whole process took about 5 minutes to do. I would definitely use Unlock.Zone again to sort out other phones in the future if I needed them unlocked.

Go with this company ... worth every penny. Professional. I tried a cheaper company who were crap and couldn't unlock my S9.

I checked out many services to unlock my phone but Unlock.Zone had the most competitive prices, fastest delivery times and importantly, are a registered business (in the UK, so pretty trustworthy).

Glad to report that my phone was unlocked within 2 days and works perfectly on T-Mobile now.

Unlock.Zone is a great service. I requested unlock and on the same day it worked perfectly. After you have already paid the order before processing it, you can not only give the opportunity to check the information but also confirm the correct thing. Really wonderful service. I definitely recommend using it again.

Excellent service, cheaper than most and definitely NOT one of the rip off unlocking companies that want another payment after paying the initial fee - I have unfortunately had two such experiences.
I was kept informed every step of the way and the unlock was completed in 3 days.

Initial review below is corrected. The service provided by Unlock.zone was done in a timely manner though not the service I wanted. Must have been confusion on my part. Unlock.zone were kind enough and refunded the fees taken. Issues resolved quite quickly, pleased for the extraordinary customer service and I hereby withdraw the remarks below.

You have not delivered your promise. You said I will get the code in 30 days. Now you are requesting review when I already paid but code not arrived. Very disappointing

Great service! Easy to do yourself from home instead of having to take it to a shop, also has the option to check if phone is blacklisted before ordering (very helpful). Tracking service worked well.
Would use again!

I have just used unlock.zone again to unlock my daughter iPhone and once again the unlock worked just fine.
Before I found this company I tried two other websites offering an unlocking service and both ended up being total scams.
I would also say be careful about the sites that come up first in google as the top two were the ones that stole my money!
If you are looking for a legitimate company and not get ripped off (they have a real address, are registered at companies house etc) then these are the people to use as any registered company has to adhere to consumer law or you can get your money back.

Considering there are a lot of cowboys out there in the phone unlocking game, and seeing I needed my iPhone 7 unlocking from Vodafone and they wouldn't play ball, I felt I needed to find a legitimate company to try to get the job done.
I made sure I picked a "real" company, by that I mean a registered company, so in the worst case scenario, I'd have the ability to recover my money if I were to get scammed. I also wanted to find a company I could pay using PayPal as its again a good way to ensure I could get my money back should things go south. This company ticked both boxes.
I had no need to worry though, unlock zone unlocked my phone without issue. It took 2 days and the phone is working fine with an O2 sim in it now.
Good communication and I was able to get a VAT receipt also.
Recommended.

I have been waiting on EE to unlock my ex-husbands old iPhone so I can use it. First they told me they had unlocked it, then they told me they WOULDN'T not couldn't do it as I was not the person named on the original contract!
In desperation I went online to see if there was a way around it. I found Unlock.Zone, they answered my query within an hour and told me they could unlock it despite EE refusal. I paid my money and 2 days later my phone was unlocked. All I had to do was connect it to iTunes and up popped a message to say my phone was unlocked.

Great company to deal with, up-front and honest. If your carrier says no, unlock your phone with these guys.
