The pc works great and made a wonderful edition to my entertainment system.
To future customers thinking of buying Lenovo or HP eq, you can go to their respective website, enter the serial no. and see what a unit originally shipped with.
In my case the nvme ssd was swapped out with a slower sata ssd. This could have been done before UNTech recieved it from their supplier for security reasons.
This worked in my favor though as I found it cheaper to buy an extra OEM nvme drive from Centrecom, rather than a sata one.

Product is good at a good price
Product is good at a good price. Old enterprise grade machine is upgradable if I choose to in future.
Postage was a little slow (8 business days from Hallam to Gisborne) however I suspect that is in part due to required checks and clean windows install required prior to send out.

I ordered a set of dual monitors on Sunday 28 June, and they were delivered to Adelaide on Friday 3July. Package was well wrapped, no damage.. one of the monitors had a small bit of sticky stuff on it, but that was easily removed. The set up was easy and everything works as expected. Happy with the price, especially not having to pay freight on top of the cost..

Fast delivery with good communication. And a great price for a product I've already got (a docking station) and I needed a second one. Because it's a refurb, it meant I paid 20% of the price I paid for original brand new one I bought 3 years ago!

The team at Hallam were very helpful in answering my queries and helping me select a suitable laptop. The one I selected (Lenovo X13 Yoga Gen 3) was in "Excellent" condition, which refers to battery capacity being greater than 80%, but the laptop was also physically in an excellent condition. I've had it for a week and it is running great.
