Excellent experience with Unvault. Simple and fast process from initial estimates to final offer. Extremely fair and transparent. My gold was actually worth more after they tested and weighed it in person. Highly recommend and I will be selling more pieces to them in the future.

The company is very communicative, which is number one for trust-building in my book. Their process is extremely transparent as well. I felt that my questions were answered preemptively. I also appreciated their professionalism and their expertise. I will definitely use them again.

Fast, honest, responsive. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is they took max fee…not sure I understand if there are tiers. They say their share is a range - of course mine was max amount. Maybe they can explain that there ARE tiers….or something.

Overall, I had a pretty good experience selling my jewelry to Unvault. I do think the 20% fee is a bit high though, I was hoping for 10-15% at the most. I agreed and accepted my offer, and other than the fee, I felt I got a good deal! Thank you Unvault!

While skeptical at first, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and transparent the process was. My original valuation was great but the final one was even higher. I really appreciated the videos showing them unpacking my item and evaluating it - it gave me trust in the process and commitment to true transparency through it all. I especially liked that it was zero risk - if I had rejected the offer, my items would have been shipped right back to me. Great service and I just submitted my next item and it is ready to ship!
