Had a large number of photos which I needed to be scanned onto digital, order was processed within the time frames advised and done at a very good price and great communication throughout - always a bit nerve racking sending a lifetime of photos in the post but parcel force collected and delivered on time and as specified.

I returned to Update Photo again and as before I got great service from Jason and Update Photo. Again I was advised when my order arrived and when the order will be ready for payment and despatch. I Will continue to use them for my photographs and look at their other digital services soon. Keep up the very good work.

Great service. Considering that the negatives were more than 60 years old, the quality of the resulting digital photos was excellent.

Provided a very good service digitising 600 plus 35mm slides and films. A slight problem was sorted out quickly and well. i would happily use them again.

Our experience with this company has been great from the start. The guy worked with has transformed old 1910/1920's large negatives to good photos which have been transferred to my PC and also copied onto a memory stick. He does it in a very organised way, in a short time and has kept us informed of progress all the way through. As if that wasn't enough, we consider it good value too. We would recommend the service to anyone with a photo collection, especially old ones where you haven't got the equipment to do it yourself.

I asked UpdatePhoto to copy 50 individual TLR mono negatives. These were taken between 1959 and the 1970s. My queries were answered. At each stage of postage and processing I was kept informed. The Tiff scans were good: as expected, a couple of underexposed negs were a bit dusty, but everything else was fine. Absolutely no complaints about the quality and care. Thanks a lot.
