Fantastic customer service, timely turn-around time
Fantastic customer service! I was notified every step of the way which reassured me that progress was being made to repair a faulty control board on my oven. I was told the part was obsolete by my local repairman, so when I found UpFix I was encouraged that I wouldn't have to buy a new range. When the technician contacted me saying it could be repaired, I was so relieved. Then I was pleasantly surprised that repairs were complete and shipped back in less than a week! I have reinstalled the board and happy to report I have a fully functioning stove!

SCAM or INCOMPETENT?
SCAM, or COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT? $747.59 paid and still haven’t received my battery. They wouldn’t let me post without a star. I shipped my battery for repair at the recommendation of my mechanic. UpFix received and never returned it. They asked me if I had a friend in the United States they could ship to. I live in HAWAII - part of the US since 1959. UPS confirmed UpFix didn’t box the battery to HazMat standards - which is a very common practice used by shipping vendors. Starting to wonder if the mechanic is receiving a kickback…
