Great service

Great and quick service

Service is horrible. You aren't allowed to communicate with someone doing the actual work. I suspect it's someone in a remote garage doing it. My part came back the same as it was. Lost $450

The service was quick and the contact personnel was complimentary.

I had a exercise equipment tech come out to test our treadmill. He determined that the circuit board had issues. A new board was $400.00 so I researched other options. I came across Upfix. They had decent reviews and half the price of a new board so I decided to use them. I mailed my part to them and it was a very fast return. It was packaged very nice and I was pleased. I reinstalled the circuit board and I had the same issue as before. So nothing was fixed. I contacted Upfix and about 2 weeks later they asked me to resend my part to them. I did.
It was shipped back this time in about 2 weeks maybe more. They said parts had to be ordered. Once again I received my part and it was packaged very nice. I installed it and the same issues as before.
It's now been over a month and clsoser to two, and im in the same situation as I when i started.
One thing I forgot to mention was when I had sent my board back the second time, I continued to receive text messages stating that my completed part would arrive at a certain date. This date came and went. I didnt receive my part and I still received text messages stating that I would receive my part on the past date.
At some point after I received my board the second time I made a final call to the company. I had made so many prior with no results. After the last call I was told I was connected with a guy who stated that he would figure it out and like all the other calls, "everything will be just fine".
Then one day I received a partial refund. No explanation, just a refund.
I personally don't recommend the use of this company due to my experience.

EXTREME WARNING – UNRELIABLE COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 🚨

This company is an absolute disgrace. I paid for UPS shipping ($18 + $14 insurance), yet they sent it back using cheap regular mail. Although I was charged for UPS, the part arrived by regular mail after 5 days.

For more than 4 weeks I kept asking for updates – nothing was done. Their so-called “technician” claimed he couldn’t even open the part. That is a blatant lie – I opened it myself in less than one minute. Even worse, they shamelessly asked if they could keep my part for spares while doing absolutely nothing.

If they had at least inspected the part and told me it could not be repaired, I would have accepted that with no complaint at all. But they couldn’t even provide this basic level of professional service.

And here’s the real proof of their incompetence: I contacted another company and sent them the same pictures. They confirmed the repair is minimal and fully fixable. This means the part could have been repaired all along – but instead, this company wasted my time, money, and trust.

Dishonest. Unprofessional. Completely unreliable. If your time and money matter to you – DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING. EVER.

Good customer service

well I sent my dash cluster to them to fix got it back few weeks later same problem. so I call and called for two weeks they kept saying a tech going to contact me. never did so I took it apon myself to send it back to them got it on the 2th yeah this month been on and off the bench til now the 25th. I called last week she said the 24th they would call me. I had to call them. I call 3 times press num 2 and the machine goes on and on til it gets tied of u waiting on them to pick up its says we going to reach you and hang up. so the 4th time I press one they pick up part still waiting to be worked on somebody will contact you. so I went on the upfix site and post a review they edit it soon as I posted it so that's why I'm here. poor service you got to call them and you get scammed I say. I'm mad cause that's my work truck its bad that I'm losing money and getting robbed at the same time. and yes they still have my part ...so if you like poor service and like feeling like you being rob then yeah call upfix and paying money out ur pocket to ship back is not fair.

What made my experience great was the lady that help me place the order she was super nice, the work yall do is super good and I would definitely come back again.

I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler, I sent the instrument cluster in to be refurbished. Once they got it and tested it, they said it was working perfectly and sent me a video. I was super pleased that they were so honest and only charged me shipping back-and-forth. It was refreshing to not feel like I got ripped off. Their honesty is worth 100 stars
