Never again will deal with this company it is ridiculous...afew phone calls and emails regarding my repair report and got nothings ..I don't believe they even repair my part because they never send me detailed report also I paid for my shipping fee but still they hold my parts and they ship it after 4 days ...it's disappointing and ridiculous

Our Samsung gas range broke and a new one would have been $700. We were confident that it was the control board so we took it out and mailed it in. We were sent it back in less than two weeks and it works great with a 2 year warrantee. Only cost $159.99 Such an amazing service.

Wonderful people to do business with. After calling and explaining my problems they set me up to have it shipped. Shortly after my part was evaluated and then it was worked on. As soon as the invoice was sent and paid it was shipped back to me. It was easy from start to finish. The truck is now running and we have had no problems. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Cluster display works as it should, and is also polished like new. Customer service was also very communicative.

When sending a control unit, they apparently use Pony Express to ship it back to you. takes 5-7 days. Last $2000 control unit I sent to them came up 'missing'. They blamed it on UPS and claimed UPS sent them a measly $100 check to make up for it. Claimed they would send me the check. Never received the check either. It has been 2 months and all they keep saying is they will send it.

I had my TCM for my 2014 Ford focus repaired. Took a little longer than I was expecting due to a backlog, but after communicating with them they got it done and shipped back fast. Highly recommend. Much cheaper than getting it replaced and includes 1-year warranty!
