Have requested my 250euro back and was told to wait on an email. Request was made at the end of August. I received on one email. I have emailed twice since and nothing. I work shift hours so am not really available most of the time. But no reply to emails and can't log on to site as it says it is closed.

UproFX – Bitcoin Evolution Betrug

Ende August 2019 erfuhr ich über eine Werbeanzeige vom dem Bitcoin-Handel mit dem Titel Bitcoin Evolution. Ein angeblicher Artikel von Bild.de berichtete darüber. Auch Stern TV soll darüber live im TV berichtet haben. Es wurde ein Bitcoin Roboter Programm empfohlen und zwar Bitcoin Evolution.
Ich meldete mich an und zahlte 250 Euro ein. Nachdem ich das getan hatte, bekam ich schon ein komisches Gefühl. Die Einzahlung ging an UproFX. Vom so leicht bedienen Roboterprogramm und Bitcoin Evolution keine Spur mehr, dafür die für mich unübersichtliche Homepage von UproFX.
Etwa 30 Minuten nach meiner Einzahlung erhielt ich schon den ersten Anruf von UproFX. Ich wurde in sehr schlechtem Deutsch begrüßt und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass sich ein gut deutsch sprechender Broker bei mir melden würde. Ich sagte der Dame, ich habe es mir anders überlegt und möchte meine Einzahlung zurück. Sie sagte, ich könnte 1 Woche den Handel testen und wenn ich dann nicht zufrieden bin, bekomme ich mein Geld zurück.
Am nächsten Tag (Sonntag) erhielt ich einen Anruf vom Broker Herrn Haase, der mit einem sehr stark chinesischen Akzent gebrochen Deutsch sprach. (sein Name, vermutlich auch ein Fake)
Er versuchte mich zum Handeln zu überreden. Ich sagte, ihm ich hätte ein schlechtes Baugefühl, vor allem wegen der schlechten Bewertungen. Er meinte, dass wären alles Neider, die UproFX den Erfolg nicht gönnenwürden. Nach ein paar Tage sollte ich meinen Account verifizieren, da sonst ein Einzahlung nicht ausgezahlt werden kann. Das tat ich. Der Account wurde auch freigeschaltet. Nur die Auszahlung ist nicht erfolgt.
Seitdem erhalte ca. 1x in der Woche einen Anruf von UproFx. Es ist jedes Mal ein anderer Broker am Telefon und möchte wissen, warum ich den nicht den Handel probieren möchte.
Beim vorletzten Anruf meinte der Broker ich müsste meinen Auzahlungsantrag zurück ziehen, damit er das Geld auszahlen kann. Das tat ich. Beim letzten Anruf meinte ein anderer Broker, ich hätte den Antrag nicht zurückziehen sollen und soll ihn nochmal stellen. Nun komme ich in meinen Account nicht mehr ein.

Fazit:
Finger weg, die Anrufe kommen von gefälschten, nicht anrufbaren deutschen Telefonnummern.
Die Einzahlung von 250 Euro wurde gleich in Rubel getauscht. So wurden aus 250 Euro 253,52 Euro zuzüglich Gebüren von 4,44 Euro für den Auslandseinsatz der Karte. Das war bei der Anmeldung nicht ersichtlich.

Meine Daten scheinen auch weitergegeben worden sein. Kurz nach der Anmeldung bei UproFX erhalte ich wöchentlich Anrufe mit einer Fake-Nummer aus Österreich. Dieses Unternehmen versucht mich auch zum Bitcoin Handel zu überzeugen.

Ich hoffe mit meinem Bericht viele zu erreichen, damit sie nicht den selben Fehler machen wir ich und ihr Geld verlieren.

UproFX - Bitcoin evolution scam

The next day (Sunday) I received a call from broker Mr. Haase, who spoke German with a very strong Chinese accent. (his name, probably also a fake)
He tried to persuade me to act. I told him I had a bad build, mostly because of the bad reviews. He said that would be all envy that UproFX would not allow the success. After a few days, I should verify my account, otherwise a deposit can not be paid. I did that. The account was also unlocked. Only the payment was not made.
Since then I receive a call from UproFx about once a week. Every time another broker is on the phone and wants to know why I do not want to try the trade.
The penultimate call, the broker said I would have to withdraw my payment request, so that he can pay off the money. I did that. On the last call, another broker said that I should not have withdrawn the application and should ask him again. Now I can not enter my account anymore.

Conclusion:
Stay away, the calls come from fake, non-callable German phone numbers.
The deposit of 250 euros was exchanged directly in rubles. Thus, from 250 euros 253.52 euros plus fees of 4.44 euros for the foreign assignment of the card. That was not apparent at the registration.

Wäre UproFX kein Betrug, hätte ich mein Geld ohne Probleme wieder bekommen. Das war leider nicht der Fall. Gehandelt habe ich ja nicht. Sollte ich mein Geld wieder bekommen, so werde ich die Bewertung ändern. Momentan sind auch die verschiedenen UproFX Domains nicht erreichbar.

I invested the min amount a few months ago and have had some contact with my account manager Ronald Morris who was quite good in the minimal and short times I’ve spoken to him. I’ve in the last month found out I was pregnant with my 6th child and have been sick and have had to take time off work which is causing financial stress to my family. I’ve requested a withdrawal and have have emailed my situation and have not had the strength to talk dur to not feeling great. I have nothing and to say about the service or organisation and haven’t had any problems however I am finding it difficult to get my withdrawal completed now as my account manager would like to discuss my reasons for my withdrawal which I’ve explained in detail. I have little energy to talk about this and would just like my withdrawal. Why is his being made so hard. I’ve emailed on a number of occasions and not getting anywhere. I’m very disappointed and not sure where to go from here without putting more stress on myself and the baby. Would appreciate some guidance and assistance here.

Updated: 24/10 - I expected this kind of response due to reading past negative reviews and where you guys never take ownership and flick pass back to reviewers like myself. My last email was to call me and although I’m not up to talking I would take the call. However, regardless of the situation and my reasons for asking for my withdrawal- that is my choice to do so and request and you guys are blatantly holding me back from receiving my withdrawal and keeping it at ransom because you are waiting to talk to me about other options. My only ask is that I receive my withdrawal. Is this not reasonable? Why do I need to talk to someone? If I choose not to want to talk to someone, is this not my choice to do so? I’m very confused by your organisations approach with this. I never had any issues with you at all and for my own reasons this is what I requested, not because of reasons pertaining to you. And I would have definitely recommended you but this is now very disappointing. So my last question is “will I be getting my withdrawal or will you at your own accord keep it at ransom till we get to speak???” Such an unusual way of doing business. Once I get this sorted I will not be coming back as I intended to and I will not be recommending any family or friends to you as well. This is extremely upsetting!!!!

Updated 30/10 - tonight I have spoken to the account portfolio manager and can not believe the unprofessional behaviour displayed. He even admits in our phone call that he is being unprofessional and even calls me names. I managed to record about 8 minutes of our conversation which is absolutely disgusting and happy to provide to anyone that would like to hear it before deciding to invest. This is appalling and is the biggest RED FLAG AND I WOUKD AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!!! I DONT THINK ILL BE GETTING MY MONEY BACK!!!

After researching more about complaints I came across this scam website which explains my situation and it seems I am not the only person with this same scenario and there are many. It also mentions information regarding the Trustpilot reviews.

5/11 - I tried to escalate my concerns and had a supposed senior manager call me however got a similar spiel from him and he reckons he was going to be in touch with me again to help sort things out. I’ve had no phone calls and I really believe I won’t be getting my money back at all. These people are FAKE and YOU WILK JUST GO ROUND IN CIRCLES TRYING TO GET YOUR WITHDRAWAL PROCESSED. Don’t take the risk!!! And share this with as many people as possible!!!!

Hice con ellos una inversión mínima de 250 euros y cuando quise sacar el dinero sólo hicieron ponerme pegas, al final me han llamado para decirme que han perdido el dinero en unas inversiones que salieron mal, en mi opinión son unos ladrones, que a nadie se le ocurra invertir su dinero en ellos porque lo perderán todo

Sigo sin poder retirar el dinero, me han pedido de cancele la solicitud de retirada para poder retirar una cantidad menor, tengo en la cuenta 1500€. Mi sorpresa es que ayer cancele la solicitud de retirada, después de dos meses pendiente, y hoy han realizado operaciones con el 100% del capital, tengo bloqueada la cuenta y no puedo cancelar las operaciones. Ahora mi gestor se llama Nicolas Gomez, hoy tiene mas de 12 correos mios, a las 14:00 me iba a llamar, pero que casualidad que no he recibido llamada. A las 17:06 se ha operado con el 100% de mi capital, temiéndome que voy a perderlo todo.
Espero que esto sirva a la gente para no trabajar con ellos, yo gracias a dios solo metí 900€ pero tenia pensado meter mucho mas...

Eso es mentira, mi dinero no estaba en operacion ni en perdidas, mi dinero no estaba siendo operado, hasta que yo cancele la solicitud de retirada para poder retirar de poco en poco.

Llevamos mas de 24h y siguen sin llamarme, esto es una estafa, y procederé a tomar medidas ya que tengo todo grabado y con capturas de pantalla. Si esto no se soluciona en 24-48h

I have today 16th October, requested a 2000€ withdrawal only to be told, "you can only request a withdrawal, 6 months since your last payment" my previous "adviser" repeatedly told me you can make a withdrawal "anytime" this is a ridiculous rule, and totally anti customer.
I have never heard of any other FX company imposing such bad conditions

I requested three times to withdraw my money and they called me to tell me that I should wait three more weeks.

Nu har edison ringt mig och mailat mig med en förklaring varför jag bara kan ta ut pengarna den 22/11 och varken före eller efter och enligt honom beror det på att pengarna inte kan tas ut när dom handlar med dom, och jag kan välja att ta ut allt och avsluta kontot eller lämna kvar en del så löper det ytterligare 3 månader med de pengar jag lämnat kvar på kontot.Jag avvaktar tills den 22/11 och ser om det kommer in några pengar på min bank. visar det sig att det funkar så kommer jag att skriva ett nytt omdöme, där jag höjer deras stjärnstatus, om inte så går jag vidare som jag skrivit i tidigare omdömen.

Min kommentar till uprofx svar är jag höjde betyget till 2 stjärnor nu när jag fick svar på min fråga och kommer att höja betyget allteftersom uprofx infriar sina löften till mig, och när jag har fått in pengarna på min bank. Jag behöver inte ha trustpilot som dagbok!

So wollte euch mitteilen das jetzt 2 Wochen um sind und es ist kein Geld eingegangen damit scheint das zu stimmen was hier viele vermuten es ist alles Lug und Betrug und die paar positiven Kommentare sind wahrscheinlich Fake Kommentare anders ist das nicht zu erklären von daher mein Geld hab ich abgeschrieben und an alle Neuen Finger sie wollen nur euer Geld und wenn Sie es haben ist ein für allemal weg die Firma ist eine Betrügerfirma und diese Behauptung bleibt solange hier stehen bis mich Uprofx von dem Gegenteil überzeugt desweiteren behalte ich mir rechtliche Schritte gegen diese Firma und den handelnden Personen vor da ich Kontakte zur BaFin habe werde ich auch über diese Schiene versuchen dieser Firma das Handwerk zu legen damit diese kriminellen Machenschaften endlich ein Ende haben Zusatz ich habe kein Geld bekommen Punkt warum sollte ich was anderes behaupten

Since sept. 9th, there has been a few contact moments. My 'known' accountmanager has been replaced by at least 3 different onces, that all wanted to hear why I would not make a deposit, but a withdrawel instead. Also I frequently contact them by mail, but until today it seems to be too difficult to process my withdrawel request........ergo they still keep hold of MY MONEY.

This after the reaction from UproFX....where they say my money is working...since sept. 16th, the account has been frozen, no action what soever.......

Har försökt få kontakt någon på Uprofx, det verkar som om dom har gått under jorden har försökt att få kontakt med någon ansvarig i ca: 2 månades tid, suporterna lovar varje gång att vidarebefordra till mina så kallade mäklare! Som Ragnar Björnsson! / Edison Gamble! Ragnar har tydligen gjort sitt, vad jag kan förstå är han bara en inkastare som skall lura oss att investera i Uprofx och sedan söka nästa offer, och sätter in Edison som gör sig så oanträffbar som möjligt,Edison ringde faktiskt 9/10 efter att ha haft kontakt med annan olycksbroder i Örebro, eftersom jag inte var hemma lovade han att ringa mig igen inom 20-30 min väntar fortfarande på det samtalet, detta är inte OK! de behandlar en som luft. Jag är en fullständig idiot som lät mig luras av Ragnas smickrande / inställsamma prat om säkra investeringar att satsa på bitcoin / libra det fick jag bara inte missa och jag skulle bli väldigt väldigt rik. mitt konto visar € 0,00 ( har satsat ca: 1000000 sek ) Det är nog dags att blanda in myndigheterna nu, Jess Frandsen

I have made many request to get back my investment but every time I was either told to cancel my request or one time I was even told this is not an ATM, you cannot just withdraw money when I want when in the first place I was told when I first signed up that my money will be available to withdraw when ever I needed it. After 8 months and I had 4 account managers Johnathan klien Dominc grey Eddison Gamble and David janovsky all promising profits but never fulfilling there promises. 10 percent of your money should be invested they all state but that is not the case when the page when down I was told that all my money was lost due to a fall in market but how is it that if they only invest10percent of your money in your account that becomes a negative...

All wrong I have placed withdrawl request as much as 4 times but all have been pending.. I agreed to a financial plan but when it expired i made a withdraw request but then I get a call saying my plan has been extended every time and then my agent change also and when I ask about it they seen to not care stating that was the last agent and they do not care until all my money just evaporates and all is gone so I don't know what you are saying all a big scam....

I am trading with UproFX for already 6 months. Over the time i've been with them, the things they said to me are already happening. Decent returns, amazing service, professional people. There is nothing more to add, payments have been made on date, and i am satisfied! Reccomend to all who want to create a secondary income!
