Thieves. I would leave them no stars if that were an option. I placed an order, they charged me a never sent it. I have been trying to resolve through their customer service and keep getting the same canned response. Do not buy from them.

This is a scam. I ordered the product at the end of August 2026 and it is now September 17th.....no product yet. The 2-4 day delivery never came. They take your money and don't send the product. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I know it won't help. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!

Terrible experience. They saw my bad review and contacted me to try to make it right, and they just made it worth. Supposedly product is not available, they are going to keep it on "backorder" probably indefinitely, even though I asked multiple times for them to cancel the order. Now they are just ignoring my emails

I should have checked here first. I ordered my product weeks ago and the shipping says shipping is 3-5 days. Still nothing. I'm not happy. Time to complain and see about getting a refund or something.

I ordered directly from the company-big mistake!! I ordered August 5th, it is August 30th and it just says a label has been generated. I have emailed the company daily with no response. I was also duped when placing the order, I made my selection and went to pay, an offer pops up saying you can get this other deal. I thought I was just adding to the cart-nope a second order immediately processed, so now instead of waiting for a $40 order I am out $81 with no product and no customer service. If these ever get to me and I want more I will NOT be purchasing from company, I will be purchasing from a third party-Walmart or Amazon

On 8/6/26 I ordered the washing machine cleaner they advertised on Facebook. It is now 8/25/26 and their shipping status still says label created since 8/10/26. I have emailed 3 times asking for a cancellation of product. No reply. Buyer beware!! I do not recommend this company. I will be calling my credit card to dispute the charge since no product received.

I’ve been waiting for my shipping status to change for 11 days so far. I’ve sent chat requests and multiple Emails to find out how long the delay will be without even 1 response. Now I have Emailed them twice to just cancel my order and send me a refund. But, you guessed it. No response to that either. I’ll be calling my credit card company Friday to start the process of getting the charge reversed due to non-delivery of goods. I won’t be doing business with this company again.

I ordered their product on July 25. It’s now August 4 and never received a confirmation of the order and obviously not the product itself. I’ve sent several email messages and have received no reply. There is a phone number listed with their account but nobody demands their phones. I’ve contacted my credit card company to get a refund on the money I paid

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. They tell you shipping takes 3-5 business days to send out but it is all lies. Do not order from their website. I emailed them on whats my tracking number on business day 4 and they responded right away saying it will update when they send it out… NO UPDATES and it has been 2 full weeks since placing my order! Emailed them again requesting to cancel my order and issue a refund because they have not sent out anything and got NO RESPONSE. Wow the negative reviews are true. Highly disappointed and am going to dispute with my bank.

A happy ending if you will. I ordered the Tub Cleaner after a Facebook announcement. Sounded great and promising. After a week went by with no updates and responses to my emails I then received a response from a customer service representative named Maria, which for privacy reasons I will use just her first name even though she was open in her correspondence with full transparency. She offered a full refund if I wanted or a 10% discount, I said it is just tub cleaner and wanted to see if it was everything as advertised. She explained the overwhelming response to the ad campaign and sometimes a business will never know what will happen, I mentioned be careful for what you ask for. So a discount was done immediately and I waited for their inventory to come in and then shipped to me. Maria also continued her communication to me during this period reassuring me of the progress, again tub cleaner not life saving material so patience became the key factor. This was now a mission to see success and was it worth the wait ? Yes. Product came in, used it the same day and results were very good, smell was nice and tub clean. I have been using tub cleaners so our washer was not really dirty but this product was noticeably different than previous other products I had used. So UPRoot was as advertised and a bonus was a customer service person Maria, who salvaged a potential poor outcome and turned lemons into Lemonade. I will keep UPRoot in my buy from companies and research their other products. As for Maria, UPRoot has the opportunity to use her as a how to be real and professional should maybe something goes wrong. Thank you again Maria and look forward to UPRoot future products as needed.

Do NOT order from this company. You'll get put on a subscription and they DO NOT RESPOND when you ask for help. They don't even have a phone number listed on their site to contact them. I've been trying to unsubscribe. Nothing. I've reached out to return the FOUR BOXES of washing machine cleaner that I DID NOT ORDER. Nothing. Who needs 120 washing machine cleaner tabs in ONE order? I already had 30 from my original order. That will last me a while.

I ordered last month, a month later, and I have received nothing.
The website says it is unfilled. I called, no answer, no return call. I emailed several times..same no response.
I tried to get a refund through PayPal and was told I couldn't. Finally filed with my credit card.

Placed an order on 4/22. Never shipped so I checked the website and all it says is unfullfilled....I've emailed 3 times and no reply at all. Now I just want to cancel the order.. Will never buy again from this supplier.

I was on the fence but went ahead and ordered anyway. Great communication, quick shipping and this product works! I have 3 cats and carpet in my living room and down the stairs. I couldn't believe the stuff I pulled up. It was gross but my floor looks brand new after running this tool over it.

Ordered in Feb. Received 4 emails over the next month all saying your order is on its way, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. The tracking number shows that the last update was almost a month ago. I called DHL and they couldn't tell me anything other than they weren't sure why it hadn't entered Canada yet. I emailed support and was told to just be patient. It did finally arrive, and works well on short-pile carpeting as well as durable clothing items quite well. I'd be careful using it on anything you might consider delicate.
