I had Gareth & Steve out from Urban reactive today, I cannot say enough or thank them enough, not only for getting to me a few hours after I rang on a Friday but they were so respectful, they took their shoes off as soon as they entered my home & reassured me all the way through & explained what they were doing to solve my problems! Praise where praise is due, absolutely brilliant & I was worried I would have to take out a second mortgage, but it was extremely reasonable considering my toilet was almost overflowing & it was coming up into my bath & sink. Thank you so much guys, I will definitely use you again but hopefully not, if you know what I mean!! 😁 if I could give you more than 5 stars I would!! 🙏🏻🫶🏼

Can't praise these guys enough. Toilet backing up on New Year's Day so I lifted the manhole cover in the garden and it was obviouslty backing up. No responses when I phoned several of the dozens of drain unblocking companies Google throws up. Tried Urban Reactive first thing the following day. Good comms (before and during the work) and they arrived exactly when they said they would, just an hour or so later and dealt with the blockage. However, the root cause was a collapsed drain upstream of the manhole. This was replaced just a few days later. The guys I dealt with were all completely professional but with a sense of humour. An honest price and a great job done. If we are unlucky to need similar work in future, Urban-Reactive will be my go to.

They came out in a timely manner to sort out a blocked drain; provided cctv video of other small issues to be rectified. No 'pressure' at all and very efficient. Luke and his team at Urban Reactive were fantastic from start to finish. I got in touch after spotting a few too many signs of unwanted furry visitors, and their professionalism and understanding were second to none. They arranged an inspection quickly, explained everything clearly, and carried out the drain survey with real attention to detail. They pinpointed exactly where the problem was — saving us a lot of guesswork (and probably a few sleepless nights!). It’s rare to find a company that combines genuine expertise with such great customer care. I’d highly recommend Urban Reactive to anyone needing a reliable, down-to-earth drain company — especially if you suspect you’ve got tiny tenants in your pipes!

I called Urban Reactive to look at a blocked soil pipe with suspected root intrusion. Luke was able to give me a good idea of cost over the phone, and had a team out to me at my earliest convenience. The guys gave me lots of information about what they were looking at and talked me through how best to resolve it. It was all very transparent and informative and they went ahead and fixed the problem with a resin casing, and showed me a video on completion. Everything is working fine again within the day and I'll be sure to call them again if I have any other problems with my drainage system.

I cannot recommend Urban Reactive too highly. They delivered on time, to budget and to a really high standard, a new driveway at the front of my home. This required extensive works, including the removal of a large volume of concrete, new drainage and the creation of garden space. Everyone involved was truly a pleasure to deal with, unfailingly tidy, and very considerate. Having been recently widowed I was nervous about carrying out works alone - they made the process a pleasure.

Urban Reactive helped us with repairing (re-routing) an external drain and fitting a drainage valve. Super fast and friendly service. Recommended.

We called with a blocked drain after recommendation from another. They came promptly and jet washed the pipes, then used cctv to assess for any other damage. Cracked pipes were shown and we were advised on re-lining, but in no way pressured to act. We had bad experiences in another property with damaged drains and went ahead with re-lining all done efficiently and with no mess. No inconvenience to us. They helpfully cleared leaves etc from an unrelated pipe (needing ladder access) at no extra cost. I can recommend them.

Gaz and Steve did a thorough investigation to firstly identify the routing of the blocked drain (quite complicated!). At this point, I was expecting that a second visit would then be needed but the guys proceeded to try to sort the blockage.
To minimise potential excavation, Gaz lifted a couple of blocks from path and made a discrete hole in drain to insert camera. Then identified the location of the blockage and used high pressure hose to break up the blockage. Finally, put a cap on the drill hole.
Really impressed with the professionalism of the guys, the way they systematically assessed the problem, and the equipment used.
Pleased with quotation and sure very competitive when comparing to ‘national’ drain specialists.
Would have no hesitation to recommend, brilliant job.
