Fast shipping. I need to send back both axles because wrong size on the fork.
The rear axle will not fit just by looking at it because the stock axle is
tapered at the head of the axle. The front axle I was sent was previously
opened before shipping to me. That`s O.K. because I would of used it
anyway.

Though the website was very difficult for me to figure out and the prices are very high for what are really pretty simple small bits of hardware, customer service was very patient in leading me to understand that I had made not one but two errors in what I had ordered. Unfortunately that meant that I needed to pay even more for what I had in mind, but the responsiveness and willingness to help straighten me out was outstanding. I will add that the expensive bits are clever in design and seem of excellent quality and finish, and delivery was very fast.

For my bike, I purchased a new body here. It was made of carbon, and I only got it two days ago. I tried it out and found it to be well worth the money. Their services were excellent, and they were provided on time.

I was dealing with a very short time frame, (travel to college),and they made sure that I received the product, with time to install the parts.

The parts themselves (set 02 Ga & extras) are brilliantly designed and easy to manage. It’s funny that I have resisted buying these for my bikes, but could justify the purchase for a 200.00 “college” bike. ;-)

I will likely be back to equip my daily ride with a set.

A great source for Pitlock skewers, spares, and more. Pitlock skewers are highly effective and last a long time, but use special washers that wear out and are easy to lose. Urban Bike Tech has spares, cheap. Not only could I get a new bike's worth of skewers on my existing key code, but I got to refurbish my old set, too.

Fast service - great that they accommodated my request for two different finishes on the Piklocks I ordered.

It is especially great for products which is hard to get. I really enjoy the service that these guys offer.

I’m happy with these pitstopper things. They fit into my bolt heads and don’t seem to be likely to fall out. I’ve already ridden around a handful of times. They also come with a spare, I suppose just incase you lose one, which is awesome! These things are a great invention! I feel a little less concerned when I leave my bike locked up in the city.
