Recently ordered some pitlock skewers for my wheels, seatpost, and top cap. Everything arrived quickly, was sized properly for my bike, and installation was easy thanks to the video instructions on the website.

Great customer service
Great customer service, they help guide me to the correct key for a previously bought thru axle which had a lost key, despite giving them the wrong code for the part.
I really love my pitlock skewers. I've had mine for over a year with daily use, and so far no theft or thread failure, and this is for a fatbike that occasionally has to tow about 50 pounds of cargo. They're a little pricey, but they are definitely worth the investment.

Very helpful and pleasant
Haven't had time to install them on our bikes yet, but they arrived quickly! my friend's really happy with his gift and I found UrbanBikeTech very helpful and pleasant regarding questions I had about the order and refunding part of the shipping cost.

No bs. Easy to figure out the right axle type. Price is a fair price. Package comes with serial number of your "key" - so you can reorder replacements in the future - which I have done before and that is easy too. Good job.
