Quality German-made security products…
Quality German-made security products provided by Urban Bike Tech! I purchased a front tire skewer, seat post skewer and an assortment of other Allen bolt security sizes to protect my ebike high dollar accessories with. Jason was honest with his covid19 shipping timeline delays and delivered the products I purchased on time and well packaged as promised. I will definately purchase from Urban Bike Tech again myself and will highly recommend to others that I know about Pitlock products to purchase from Jason as well. Jason called me back, calmed me down, and walked me through my options - and he was exceedingly warm and friendly despite me being an obviously flustered bike-newbie. Amazing Customer Service
Customer service has been amazing. They exchanged a couple rounds of emails to help make sure I ordered the correct skewers for my long-tail cargo bike that I modified to have a wider rear hub. Seriously, I wish they sold a greater variety of products so I could buy more of my bike parts from such a helpful company.
Shipping has been delayed, but by everything I can tell it's due to national shipping bottlenecks, not because of any delay at the company. The order was sent out very quickly.
