I recently bought the Master U Shape sofa from Urban Comforts, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The delivery was excellent, and everything arrived in great condition. The quality of the sofa is fantastic, and it looks amazing in my home.

Sofas are made fast but are poor quality. They never deliver at a reasonable time, both mine and my mums sofas were delivered between 10pm - 12am which is not an acceptable time to receive a sofa. On top of that, the cushions don’t fit on my sofa. When I messaged about getting a new cushion to replace the one that doesn’t fit, I got ignored.

My mum ordered a chesterfield sofa and following delivery found it too hard. She asked if they could make cushions to go with it, which she would’ve been happy to pay for. They said they would do so and even gave a delivery date, she waited at home for the delivery and it didn’t come, the courier didn’t reach out either with a set time, so clearly they were never coming. Since then they’ve just been ignoring any messages regarding the issue. Complete time wasters and scammers, better off paying a bit extra and getting a good quality sofa off of a reliable company. They’re cheap for a reason.

Absolutely shocking service, sofa arrived, cushion don't fit, asked to be replaced they said they would but then they ghost you, don't answer calls, message emaild, absolutely shocking service do not but off these people

I wouldn’t even give 1 star the sofa is very poorly made and this company are scamming people behind nice Instagram posts to lure you in. I sent multiple images to them by DM on Instagram and they read your messages but don’t reply. I would have accepted them to look at it possibly fix but after having the sofa a while now it is such poor quality I can only sit on certain parts. I am a single person and saved for a new sofa and within a few months it’s ready for the skip!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE VERY POORLY MADE FURNITURE!!! Take your money deliver very late at night almost midnight when your tired etc and ignore you when you reach out for help with your concerns. AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Sofa delivered, cushions covers back to front
Stitching is terrible and not straight
Already the fabric is coming lose on the cushion covers and not fitting them securely
Feet all attached incorrectly
I’ve asked for it be sorted , 2 days apparently but still nothing after 4
Apparently 2 year warranty

Sofa's are lovely , delivery great, but customer service is atrocious. If you have any problems after delivery Goodluck getting any customer service. They will ghost you on instagram

So at first my original review was 5stars!! That was through how I was dealt with and delivery and look of the sofa!! However a day later after sitting on the sofa there came a horrible noise every time you sat on it or even more on it!! I then contacted these guys who asked if I could wait till after Eid! Which I of course did in respect! However still weeks later I am now being ignored!!! So for that I would say avoid the company! Clearly happy Joe they have my money and will no longer correspond with me!

We had a really good experience with the company we ordered u shape Green velvet it come as shown in pictures communications was brilliant Delivery came on time.

Ordered my sofa from urbancomforts and it was made & delivered within a few days ☺️ it’s absolutely beautiful and very comfortable exactly how I asked for it to be made with a chaise etc I would definitely recommend 🙂

Sofa delivered was completely different from what I requested and once I told them they said they would sort it out and since then I’ve been ignored! Messages are being delivered but no one responds. Called are being ignored. Btw I’ve been dealing with this since FEBRUARY 2024!

Found our perfect sofa on Instagram, messaged the seller urban comforts official and arranged to view at their factory to pick colour and material. Sofa was custom made and I could have had it any size, delivery was just over a week later and we are so impressed with our purchase! It’s a lovely large u shape very comfortable and great quality. There was a couple of the cushions missing from delivery which they sorted out and had sent as soon as possible. 10/10 for service and quality. Would highly recommend

Had a really good experience with our sofa from here. They were very patient whilst we decided which sofa we wanted - all the elements were customisable, so we got it to perfectly fit into our room.
Delivery was super quick.
There was a small issue after it was delivered, but I messaged them to explain and they sorted it the next day for us.
Such a reasonable price as well.
